Lisa Currick, took off for the big city of New York when she was young to see beyond Wyoming's horizons and to intern as a jewelry designer. She found herself caught up in jewelry theft instead and in a big crush with the detective who broke the case, Shane Garrison. With her faith in humankind shaken and particularly in the two men in whom she'd given her trust and dreams, she hurried back to Wyoming determined not to dream any more than what was practical. With her faith in humankind shaken and particularly in the two men in whom she'd given her trust and dreams, she hurried back to Wyoming determined not to dream any more than what was practical. She goes back to school for business courses and manages Taylor Larsen Ruskoff's law office. Years later, Detective Garrison strolls into the office. He's there to find the last piece of stolen jewelry from that case, and he thinks Lisa knows where it is. He's never forgotten her, although she was too young for him to do anything about his feelings when they first met. She's no kid now—she's all woman. Is he in Wyoming to finally close the books on his case, or is ending the case merely an excuse to come to Wyoming to find Lisa Currick?

After reading the first 3 books in the series, I couldn't help but read this one as well. Since I felt I connected with Lisa in two of the books, I was curious to see who she fell in love with. And the story didn't disappoint. This was a quick read for me and was fun to read before bed each night. After reading the first 3 books in the series, I couldn't help but read this one as well. The author really knows how to create very unusual stories for the characters. I really enjoyed Lisa’s story

The hero had some serious boundary issues.

Wyoming is for Lovers! Another great story, with a big City sidetrack. Thank goodness for awesome writing by Patricia McLinn, I know I’ll be reading more of these really soon!

This book I was not sure I wanted to read at first when reading the series. Lisa was a fluff character I thought. Yes, sister to a main character but still fluff. Although, I have to tell you I am so pleased I did read it after all. This was a love story of two people who fell in love at the wrong time & in the wrong place. So, she leaves for home & changes from this carefree artistic type to this straight lace predictable always working woman. Eight years go by & that's where all the fun begins. I would highly recommend this book.

Really liked Shane and Lisa's story. I would have to admit that now into the 3rd book in this series I would like to see more action between the characters. Really liked Shane and Lisa's story. Very enjoyable! I've now completed the trilogy of the Wyoming Wildflowers. I wonder... is there room for a 4th book in the future? Very enjoyable! I've now completed the trilogy of the Wyoming Wildflowers. I wonder... is there room for a 4th book in the future?
