Blargh...I'm hating these D-Element people. I can't believe all the smarmy things these people are doing to get famous. Gahh, so annoying! I'm glad that Aine and Sakuya's relationship is staying intact and growing stronger with every day. I'm surprised that they haven't broken up. Every manga I read has the two leads breaking up for some utterly stupid reason or a big misunderstanding. Strangely, I'm sort of excited that Ralph has reappeared. I recall despising him when he first popped up. I wanted him to die after he went all crazy and drugged Sakuya. The guy is downright gorgeous, nice eye candy haha. So far he didn't do anything too psychotic, so I'm hoping maybe he'll be better. Why can't any of Shinjo's other love interests for the main girl be somewhat normal? It seems like the third guy is always some type of freak. I don't want Aine and Sakuya to break up, but is it really that difficult to make the love rival a decent person? I want to see a caring, sweet Ralph. It doesn't matter if he's still a douche, but I want to some geniune competition for Sakuya.

This volume features - *Aine being stupid and having super low self-esteem *Sakuya being HORNY *a new antagonist - a woman who is pretending to be a man and who PRETENDED TO RAPE AINE (she took Aine's clothes off while she was unconscious and took incriminating pictures...DISGUSTING) and who falls in love with Sakuya after Sakuya saves her from her would-be rapist *the bananas factor as in this-shit-is-bananas This volume features - *Aine being stupid and having super low self-esteem *Sakuya being HORNY *a new antagonist - a woman who is pretending to be a man and who PRETENDED TO RAPE AINE (she took Aine's clothes off while she was unconscious and took incriminating pictures...DISGUSTING) and who falls in love with Sakuya after Sakuya saves her from her would-be rapist *the bananas factor as in this-shit-is-bananas

My Thoughts: D-Element... I'd forgotten them, too. I remember why I dislike them so much, though. Doing that to Aine was just plain fucked up. I don't care how successful you want to be, doing that to a person makes you awful. And then of course, one of them goes and falls for Sakuya. I'm glad she protected him like that and it sucks that she got hurt so badly, but I don't like how she's taking advantage of the situation. Speaking of taking advantage of a situation, Ralph is back in town and totally letting Aine do something she'd never do sober. I wish she wouldn't feel so insecure that she put herself in the situation (she should have known better), but that doesn't mean it's okay for him to just go with it. Especially since she doesn't seem to realize he isn't Sakuya. *smh*

Introducing the newest bad guys on the scene and the latest guy to fall gaga over Aine. D-Element is the name of Lucifer's new adversary, and it's up to Sakuya to save Aine yet again from their evil clutches. This volume is a bit more trite and formulaic than some of the others in this series, but I still want to follow author/manga-ka Mayu Shinjo's story and so I will be checking out the next volume in this rock n roll saga. This one was okay. I feel like the same thing keeps happening. It's always someone is after Aine, or someone is after Sakuya. I think I'd like to see something else happen. Like maybe some drama from her parents end on her living with Sakuya, or maybe a run in with the Sakuya's dad. Maybe even a shake up between the band members. This one was okay.
