This book was very helpful and educational. I was particularly interested to learn about the relationship between progesterone and premenstrual bleeding, recurrent miscarriage and preterm labor. Dr. Hilgers lays out the research and information gathered from using the Creighton Method for fertility clearly and makes it easy to understand. This is unfortunately not a how-to book, but it gives evidence for using NaPro Technology teachers and assessment to find the actual causes of infertility inst This book was very helpful and educational. This is unfortunately not a how-to book, but it gives evidence for using NaPro Technology teachers and assessment to find the actual causes of infertility instead of blindly treating without diagnosing the cause of infertility. I would recommend this book to anyone experiencing infertility issues.
