    Builds on the „Self Image Psychology“ according to which our actions/ limits/ beliefs etc. Makes a lot of sense if one looks at the lives we live, the personalities we choose and the actions we take according to these. Might be on of the few personal development books I really like and see more than a mere „short-term motivation speech“ in.

His ideas can seem hokey at times, but I think that overall the book has some good tips for sales pros, especially in relation to call reluctance and what to do at appointments. The title can seem a little misleading; the "zero resistance" seems to refer more to the salesperson's frame of mind than the prospect's.
