    I am a great fan of Thomas Keller. I've made very few of the recipes contained in these two volumes but love reading the recipes and descriptions put forth...it's like looking at beautiful art. Recipes are complex and many faceted - a style of cooking in which I don't frequently indulge. That said...the books are beautiful, a cook voyeur's delight.
