The author takes readers on a personal journey into the world of angels and spirits and reveals their existence and desire to help. Dr. Schwartz candidly discusses the challenges as well as the rewards of connecting with Spirit. He poses several important questions. What if our feelings of emptiness, loneliness, hopelessness, and meaninglessness are actually fostered by our belief in a “spiritless” Universe? What if our physical hunger is symptomatic of a greater spiritual hunger? What if Spirit is actually all around us, ready to fill us with energy, hope, and direction, if we are ready to ingest it? What if Spirit is like air and water, readily available for us to draw within; that is, if we choose to seek it? Sacred Promise shows how we can attune ourselves and receive this guidance from Spirit, which is all scientifically documented by Dr. Schwartz experiments and research. Prepare to suspend your beliefs about Spirit.

Wow what a great story i have to tell everyone. About midway reading this book, I was thinking about giving it lowly 2 star review but instead decided to give it 5 stars. Here is what made me change my mind. Around the time I was thinking about giving it a 2-Star Review, the many sychronocities started to happen. During reading this book, I had a Sychronocity interactive in my subconsciousness. I decided to stop drinking Diet Soda for almost 30 years of daily intake of mass amounts. I started to drink Ice Tea and put in NutraSweet. Something said in my head that NutraSweet is just as bad as Aspartame in Diet Soda. I did not think nothing of it but a couple seconds later at this fast food restaurant a salt and pepper condiment fell to the ground by itself with no visible presence near it and at the same time the Ice Machine comes on and makes a loud noise. I was like OMG OMG and I though it was just a weird coincidence but sure enough it was not. While picking up the condiment stand on the floor, On the salt/pepper stand there was a Restaurant Survey Review Card. I looked at the large bold letter son the top and its said PLEASE GIVE A 5-STAR REVIEW! Underneath the card was a whole bunch o salt on the ground that look like NutraSweet. CARL JUNG SYNCHRONICITY AT WORK. This book and the guidance has given me new hope with conquering my bad habit of diet soda daily. It has been around three days since I had diet soda but it a start for the better. Over 30 Years daily drinking the Aspartame poison, the Synchronicity (the spirits calling card) came to truly save me and help me out. THERE IS MANY MORE WONDERFUL (ALSO BAD) SYNCHRONICITY STORIES I CAN SHARE BUT I KEEP IT WITH THE STORY I GAVE ABOVE. As my review in this book, I think Dr. Schwartz put to much faith on Spirit Healers, Mediums and Spirit Communicators. Even he open is very skeptical and knows about the wide spread fraud out there. Since Dr. Schwartz is a member of the Consciousness and Health laboratory, I was hoping for him to share more studies and research at what exactly the control studies are saying inside the University of Arizona Laboratories, However he failed to mention any major breakthrough. He composed the tests of test I, test II, Test III. Test I is outside of laboratory, what he is observing. Test II is same as Type I but with his co-worker are part of the test. Type III is official Laboratory results. Many of his concepts are Point of Proof concepts. More proof is need to establish a Proof of Possibilities, Proof of Probability He did an amazing job at doing that The two tests that look promising is the Silicon PhotonMultipler and Biophotot CCTV Plants Tests. During these test, some type of energy presence was notice. I am firm believer that the Consciousness can live inside and outside our body when alive or dead. He mentioned life is all about the type of Frequencies we give off, I so agree. The higher Angel Sophia Angel has a higher frequencies that his friend Susy had a lower frequencies. It appears that the higher Angels have higher frequencies and the spirits like us have a lower frequencies that can be observed in the laboratory. There is some much write but I do not wanted to ruin the outcome. EVEN IF THE BOOKS MAKES YOUR MIND FALL ASLEEP AT TIME, WATCH FOR THE SYNCHRONICITIES IN ACTION AND YOU WILL BE A FIRM BELIEVER AND A LIFE CHANGER.

I was unable to read this book. The opening introduction was defensive, self-justifying, name-dropping and pretentious. Regret buying it.

Another scientific review if the possibility of spirit. I say another as this is his specialty. I enjoy the books and read them in the hope of improving my faith in anything beyond this material world in which we live.

Before reading this book you should read Gary Schwartz's book "The Afterlife Experiments." That book is more at the personal level (trying to access if mediums are really getting messages from the departed) by performing straight monitored readings where there is no connection between the medium and the person being read.
