   What comes to mind when you hear the word "depraved"? This author has surely decided that since sex sells, he would kick things up several notches! This collection of true crime stories are true but so embellished that, in all likelyhood, had the players been alive, this author would be sued. It seems most crimes take place in Europe, Germany in particular. The manner of embellishment is Benny Hill-esque +++ but not for the under 18-yr-old reader! In several stories, not only do his CSI's find male but also female ejaculates. He will likely have some readers desiring to check out Germany, as each crime there has group and lesbian sex as part of its setting. After reading so many such details repeatedly, I thought this point crazy funny, then it got disgusting and dumbed everything down. Maybe that's why Amazon has stopped selling this book. I read similar comments on his other books on Goodreads. One reader mentioned he wondered whether his stories had ANY veracity whatsoever, so he actually researched one and found it to be true. Know any lonely, senile, hot-to-trots that need a good dose of highly sexualized, extremely gory, fantastical but true crimes, and anonymously gift it to them. I seriously wonder where the unbelievably good ratings have come from! I found another of his true crime collections, this one encyclopedic in size, and after reading the first story and finding more of the same, I decided I'd had enough suffering, which rarely happens.
