    This book is an absolute blessing, and would have gotten more stars from me, but I had to call B.S. on one of the pages and it really irked me. That would be page 162, where the author writes, "There is no such thing as a bad experience or a good experience." Anyone who has been through a truly horrifying experience can tell you what fluff and nonsense this passage is. Being locked in the garage by your boyfriend who is Borderline, is definitely a BAD experience - unequivocally.     good book and good stuff to use for work but why am i reading this emotionally draining stuff when i am home emotionally and physically drained all ready. bad timing for me to read this stuff. I found it not encouraging but "of course".
