A Chicken Soup for the Soul-style collection of miracles both big and small, attributed by those who experienced them to the intercession of St. Thèrese. A very reassuring book for fellow Catholics, but for my non-Catholic brothers and sisters, I would recommend reading other saint books first. Otherwise many of the things described here would be easy to misconstrue.

Opens the intriguing possibility that the stranger on the sidewalk passing you by, who looks eerily like your favorite saint, just may be your favorite saint. Especially if this occurs at a time of great personal, but unspoken need.

Book on the miracles brought about the intercession by St. Therese of Lisieux who was a Carmelite nun and died of tuberculosis at the age of 24 in 1897. You don't have to be Catholic to appreciate the faith of those who prayed to the Saint and received her "shower of heavenly roses" in response to their prayers. She was also made a Doctor of the Church in 1997 (100 years after her death).

I met the author at a seminar and she is a wonderful speaker. I bought 2 of her books from her. This was a book I kept in my car for down periods waiting for my child at practices etc. Most of the stories were a page or shorter so that made it a perfect car book. I really wish she would have included the novenas in the back of her book too. It really is amazing all the miracles that have occurred and would give all of us hope

Overall a good book. Some stories were not as memorable as others but perhaps they were for other people. After reading this, I was inspired to read A Story of a Soal
