I haven't seen the movie (but I'm going to try to find it), so I can't say how well it is adapted, but the story works, the illustrations help to tell the story (and are perfectly in the style of Walt Disney's Winnie the Pooh) and my son loves all things Pooh and Tigger, so what's not to like? My son was offered this as a prize for participating in the summer reading program at the American Library in Paris I haven't seen the movie (but I'm going to try to find it), so I can't say how well it is adapted, but the story works, the illustrations help to tell the story (and are perfectly in the style of Walt Disney's Winnie the Pooh) and my son loves all things Pooh and Tigger, so what's not to like? This movie novelisation for children brings all of the favourite characters from A.A. Milne’s Winnie The Pooh stories together for a story about Tigger. The story is about Tigger’s feeling left out and without a family. The other characters write him a letter with the intention that Tigger feels like he has a family. However Tigger then announces that they will be coming to visit him. I think that this version of the story is well written and very easy to read. I feel that all children would love it. Also it is a perfect one for school book reports as children would be able to write from the book point of view and also from the film. I also think that this would be perfect for anyone who has a love for Disney.
