I love Japanese soups and I was very excited about this book. Japanese soup is gently and tasty and I'm always happy to try them. This book teaches you how to make your soup by selecting the stock base + seasonings + aromatics + pairings but there are also recipes for fish soups, meat soups, vegetable soups, hotpot soups, main dishes soups and late night soups and they all look amazing. I received a free digital copy of this book from Edelweiss in exchange for my honest review. I love Japanese soups and I was very excited about this book.
