As a chronic migraine sufferer, I enjoyed reading this book a lot. It provided some I formation that I already knew but also a wealth of information on supplements, alternatives to current treatments and reviews on medications and why they work/may work for certain types of migraines. I also appreciated that it was written in plain English and not medical speak. Having something that is also digital that can be updated when there is new information available is also great to have handy
