It does not beat around the bush much all that much and is to the point which is good rather than giving false hope to the reader. Each chapter is short and makes sense. After reading this book one might realise that following the correct diet plan is not all that difficult. It reminds of 21/90 rule. it works for me and it can work in this process as well. The best part is that book gives you readymade recipes (OMG!) along with the process of intake and time lags in between and all. The recipes are for all meals; breakfast, lunch, dinner, dips, snacks and ofcourse smoothies. I personally am a smoothie person so 'breakfast smoothie' and 'vegan mango almond milkshake' stood out other than the Smoothie section itself. Also, honestly, some smoothies did sound a little weird to me. Towards the end of the book, the writer advises to keep a food journal which actually did make sense to me so I am definitely going to try that. This book, I believe, really is helpful and can make a person have fun having haelthy and delicious foods which will lessen the cravings to a great extent.   RECOMMENDED TO: I would recommend this book to all the fitness concious people who are looking out for correct directions for a healthy and suitable dietry plan.
