5 stars! I love her beyond limits, because she loved me through what I forced her to endure. She loved me though I made us impossible. The Finish Line is the book I never knew I needed. I was perfectly content with how 'Exodus' ended, but now that I've read this, I realized just how much I wanted and needed more of this story. What an epic ending! This book was such a journey. It was a long one, but every single part was necessary. There were parts that felt a little random, but then later it would just click. Everything was important. It all came together seamlessly. I laughed, I cried, I cheered for these characters. Cecelia was so fantastic and strong. I loved her even more in this book than I did the others. She was a queen and finally, after everything, she got her rightful and deserving king. I have no doubt that The Finish Line will be one of my top reads of 2021. It's definitely the best book I've read this year so far. If you've read 'Flock' and 'Exodus', you need this book in your life! And if you haven't, get to them asap. You won't regret it. Chock-full of emotion, suspense, steam, and ALL the freaking feels, Kate Stewart delivers an intense and brilliant end to The Ravenhood books. These are must reads that I highly recommend.

Seriously I don't even know where to start with this review, opening the first page was like coming home, that feeling of nostalgia, this evoked so many feels, from swooning, to full out laughing, to crying, when I heard we were going back into this world I was ecstatic, and since then it was one I was highly anticipating. All the heartache was worth it for us to reach that perfect ending to a perfect book. Perfection at its best..I'm so jealous of ones that haven't read this and get to meet these characters for the first time. ❝ I think about the collective seconds, hours, minutes, days and years I forced myself to believe she could never belong to me again. Of how at one point, I knew I possessed her, that she was mine, and losing her cost me more than a broken heart. It cost me my sanity and my soul. ❞ I remember looking at the sheer volume of the pages my throat gulped at the shear volume of it, but god it wasn't enough, I didn't want to leave this world, I didn't want to say goodbye to these characters I've grown to love. This series fast became an all time favourite of mine which I can't recommend enough. One I would buy in paperback, one I would read over and over again incase I missed something. You can't compare this series to anything. This book went from an easy 5 star read to hitting my first favourite book of 2021. This one is going to be a hard one to top, authors have got their work cut out for them!! Because Kate Stewart has set the bar high!! I can't remember Tobias being so damn funny, he took me from laughing to swooning quicker than a heart beat out of synch. He's everything a book boyfriend embodies. My heart is full to bursting with everything Tobias was. So to sum it up if you've not read this series this is one I highly recommend!! * Teasers used are off the authors facebook page *

I’m so grateful Kate Stewart decided not to write an epilogue but a full book for The Finish Line. Cause man she delivers. Big time! What happens after that final chapter in Exodus? The Finish Line will show you and so much more. It’s not just a ride off into the sunset. No. A lot happened in Exodus that affected and changed them all irrevocably. The relationships takes and needs time to nourish and heal. It’s a sizzling slow burn and I reveled in it. Every single moment between the 2 MC’s are important and matters because of the journey they’re on. Their chemistry is on another level! When they finally come together it’s an explosion and I wasn’t prepared. Tobias King delivers the FUCK OF THE YEAR! Hail the king. I’m so glad he found his queen cause she’s always been his. From the first moment he laid eyes on her and in The Finish Line she shows her full potential and what she’s learned from the Tobias and his Ravenhood. Brilliant. How did Tobias become THE Tobias King? What or who shaped him? All will be explored and it’s executed to perfection. Kate Stewart has exceeded my expectations with The Finish Line. She gave me so much that I didn’t know I wanted or needed from these characters. Her storytelling, layers and attention to detail is awe inspiring. I can finally say goodbye to these characters cause they got the proper send off they deserve. They will definitely not be forgotten. Checkmate! 5 The Rise of King Stars *Beta copy*

5+ STARS FOR TOBIAS KING & HIS 'TRÉSOR' CECELIA!!! "With us, looking is love, fighting is love, fucking is love, and even now, while we muddle through our collective, but distinctly different fears, it's love." This was not just a book, this was a goddamn experience. The whole entire story was as unique as it was nostalgic. FLOCK 5+ STARS FOR TOBIAS KING & HIS 'TRÉSOR' CECELIA!!! "With us, looking is love, fighting is love, fucking is love, and even now, while we muddle through our collective, but distinctly different fears, it's love." This was not just a book, this was a goddamn experience. This trilogy is so special to me, nothing will EVER match up to the feelings Kate Stewart evoked in me whilst following Cecelia, Tobias, Dom, Sean, & Tyler's journey. The whole entire story was as unique as it was nostalgic. FLOCK showed us the start of Cecelia's journey into adulthood, as she discovered facets of her own personality, whilst being introduced to a new way of thinking and life by Sean and Dom. EXODUS showed us the effects of an intense relationship on a young girl who still has so much left to discover because her heart is simply too big to not love more people. This book not only showed Cecelia's growth but introduced us to Tobias King the mastermind behind everything. The Finish Line was Tobias's story, uncovering the secrets and mystery behind the man who set out to change the world with his brothers, the ravens. Tobias is everything. He's strong but at times weak due to his love for his brothers and Cecelia, constantly fighting an inner battle of thinking he doesn't deserve her, pushing her away to protect her, or loving her hard and aggressively to wipe away remnants of her feelings for Sean and Dom. “Ma chatte. Mon corps. Ma femme. Mon coeur. Ma vie." My pussy. My body. My woman. My heart. My life. He was so complex in his thoughts and feelings, that in this book when he was stripped back of all of his work, sacrificing everything to show Cecelia how much he cares, we saw him for what he really is. A lonely man who gave up his life to protect others, finally finding the one thing that brings him solace and is meant for him. Tobias was sexy, enigmatic, tortured but above all he was funny, he loved HARD, he loved all-consumingly and he gave his entire heart to Cecelia! “From the little girl with mischievous eyes to a woman with nothing but fire in her heart- she stole me first, and that's the truest truth of this thief's heart." Cecilia was a freaking badass in this book. My favorite thing about her is how she fought for herself. Tobias made many mistakes, although his reasoning behind his abandonment wasn't a waffley/shitty excuse like most heroes in romance novels, and she made him work for it! She wanted him to acknowledge her pain by forcing him to reflect on WHY she is being standoffish. Allowing Tobias to write his feelings out, making him create his own path in life now that he has sacrificed his life, for the first time in years Tobias had to put his own feelings first. I think this is a series people need to go into blind, and if everyone is here reading/finishing this book, what a fucking journey we've been on! Men like Tobias (unfortunately) do not exist in my life, however, I hope every girl finds someone just like him. Ready to protect and serve his queen! I will remember this series for years to come and honestly, someone needs to hand this script over to Netflix asap!!!!

Kate Stewart had grand ambitions to follow up on what she had already delivered with Flock and Exodus. Well just fucking wow because she did it. The Finish Line was captivating, devastating, glorious and a real bittersweet ending for the Ravenhood. I love her beyond limits because she loved me through what I forced her to endure. She loved me, though I made us impossible. This has been an epic love story with so many highs and lows. It immediately picks up after the ending of Exodus and it’s as raw as you would expect it to be. Tobias and Cecelia have sacrificed and lost so much, that it would never be easy returning to what they once had. From a child Ezekiel Tobias King forfeited everything to avenge past wrongs. All for the sole purpose to create a better future for those he loved. It meant abstaining from a full life to achieve his goals. Falling in love was never part of the equation. And he did for awhile. He allowed himself until he had to break all ties and ultimately her. With us, looking is love, fighting is love, fucking is love, and even now, while we muddle through our collective but distinctly different fears, it’s love. Secrets and Lies. Cecelia was always destined to be caught in the crossfire. And keeping the love of a King would always be impossible. Their love came at a steep price to obtain and to lose. Now Tobias has returned, and he wants his Queen back. But when your heart and trust have been annihilated, what he is seeking is a huge ask. I’m expecting huge fucking dividends on my investment, Mr. King, a big payoff. You break my trust, my fucking heart again, and I’ll put a bullet in you my damn self. The Finish Line takes us back to the very beginning and gives us a full understanding of the Ravenhood. We revisit the path that Tobias, Dominic and Sean travelled, and the costs involved that bring us to present day. And amid this unveiling is the battle for love. A soul wrenching love to be rekindled between Tobias and Cecelia. It’s a road of remorse, forgiveness and regaining trust. Hence, it being complex, emotional and nostalgic when they finally get there in the end. I’ve dreamt this dream a thousand times over the years, and both my heart and head know the way. The entire Ravenhood series has felt like a spiritual journey. Each book has left me with a profound feeling of loss but also joy. It’s not often a book can mesmerise you and have you thinking about it for days. Honestly, what a ride and one that will have me feeling for days to come...

I have to be honest and say that this was just an ok read for me. For a large portion of this story, I was bored... and I quite honestly feel that I would have been just fine having read the first two books in the trilogy. This third instalment felt like a recap of everything that I had already read. For die hard fans, I’m sure they would love more insight into Tobias’s POV, and what he went through when he was away from his woman.. I truly think that this series changed my reading experience. There are some books that you read and within a few days time, you’ve already forgotten about them. Character’s name? gone. Plot? Blurry memory. How did it make you feel? You have no freaking clue. This will NEVER be said about this series because these characters marked you without your permission, obliterated your heart into scalding pieces and damn near send your blood pressure into dangerous territory. This will NEVER be said about this series because these characters marked you without your permission, obliterated your heart into scalding pieces and damn near send your blood pressure into dangerous territory. This wasn’t just a series… this was a glorious rollercoaster frenzy experience and I’m so glad that I took the ride. It’s been 24 hours since I’ve read the words “The End” on The Finish Line and I still cannot put into words all of the things that I want to say. I was more than content with the ending of Exodus even though I secretly wanted more and when this book was announced, I was on cloud nine! This book was needed because these characters had much more to say and we were ready to listen. From the flashbacks that gave us all the feels, to the raw emotions that Tobias and Cecelia portrayed between then and now, had me flipping me the pages at warped speed while having my hand over heart. These characters took us back to a place that we swore we would never revisit because it was just too much. These feelings took us out of our comfort zone and it changed us whether we liked it or not. This was an extremely slow burn if I’m being honest and that was the only issue that I had with this story and aside from that, I really enjoyed it and I’m so happy that I was a part of Tobias and Cecilia’s world again. These two fought like hell for each other, their happiness, and they protected their loved ones with a fierceness like you wouldn’t believe. If you havent started this series yet, please do me a favor and bump these up on your tbr.

This woman is one of my top favorite romance authors and I don’t know why I am still surprised by her talent but she is just that: an incredibly gifted human being who knows what she is doing. In short, The Finish Line is ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. This is the third and final installment in Kate’s The Ravenhood trilogy and it’s the epic conclusion of a story that cannot be described just as a love story. Without giving away any spoilers, we are finally getting the whole truth about the Ravenhood. And we are finally into Tobias’ head and past. This isn’t just the epic love story between these two outstanding characters, this is the story of what started it all and how it developed until now. Want to get inside Tobias’ head? Want to know what happens with him and Cecelia? Want to know more about Sean, Dominic and the whole Ravenhood? You cannot miss reading this then. The devil is in the details, and I remember my devil well. Stop what you are doing. Like, STOP. You have to read this trilogy if you haven’t. It’s not an easy one. It’s a roller coaster. It’s full of suspense, secrets, betrayal, hate, love. It has it all. It sure is an epic ride. A ride that Kate Stewart has written flawlessly. If you have read the other two installments, do you think the woman would be able to break us all over again after Exodus? I though she couldn’t get any better. But boy, was I wrong! I don’t know why I am still surprised though because I do think Kate can write anything, doing it amazingly well and make us adore it. She keeps killing it with her unique love stories and this one is no exception. “Ma chatte. Mon corps. Ma femme. Mon cœur. Ma vie.” My pussy. My body. My woman. My heart. My life. Yes, I am not giving anything away. I don’t want to mess this beautiful and moving story for anyone. I am just going to say, Cecelia, Tobias, Sean, Dominic, Tyler and every single one of these characters go through a whole fucking lot to get to the finish line but it was worth it. It was OH SO WORTH IT. What an outstanding world Kate has created. I am still amazed of how she did this whole thing. And Tobias *sigh* My king. Wow. What a hero. I am in awe. I love him and my heart still hurts for him and the Ravenhood. And Cecelia. The woman kicks some serious ass and I love her for it. What an amazing heroine. And together? Damn, these two. THAT CHEMISTRY. Still blows my mind. What an outstanding pair! In her eyes, I see it all, including my redemption. So, as you can imagine, I can only give The Finish Line my special 5+ STARS rating because it deserves nothing less. The Ravenhood trilogy has been a highly emotional journey for me (and I am sure for many others), one I thought I would not enjoy because of the mystery around the first book. But, I could not be any more wrong. I am SO GLAD I was wrong! Because this is one of the best series Kate has written and she has given it and these beloved characters the epic conclusion they deserved. If you still haven’t read this, I highly recommend you do because this romantic suspense is one of the best I’ve ever read. Well done, Kate, well fucking done! CHECK OUT MY BLOG HERE:

Holy fuck guys, I feel like when I read the last page of this book I could finally let out a breath. What a ride. I honestly loved the conclusion to Exodus so so much and even though we got that happy ending I felt like Kate had put a band-aid on an amputation. I needed more, I needed healing, I had to see with my own eyes the proof that these two star crossed lovers would make it. This book was so fucking phenomenal. Being inside Tobias King's head was such a treat and what a man he is. I think he has been elevated to the book HUSBAND shelf which he shares at the moment with only 1 other man and that is Maxen Ash Colchester (New Camelot Trilogy) and the similarities between the two of them is eerie! I clearly have a book husband type ha! Not gonna lie, this book was incredibly sad for the obvious reasons. Spanning back to when Tobias, Dom, Sean and Tyler were kids we get so much insight into how the Ravenhood was started and what motivated them. There were a lot of surprises along the way and nothing felt like a "retelling from a different POV" as some authors are prone to do when introducing a new POV in an existing story. Some of the revelations in this story absolutely shook me to my core and changed my perception of things from the previous books. I'm so glad we got to see Tobias and Cecelia heal one another and boy was it hard at time to witness but together they are just magic. It'd be remiss of me to not mention that the steam between these two was offfff.the.fucking.charts. Dear god, where do I find me a Tobias? Cecelia was such a goddamn Queen, everything she's been put through, all the things she has achieved just made me love her even more. I'm going to keep on rambling to the 3 people that read my reviews so I'll stop here but Kate, if you ever read reviews, thanks for giving us this, I know this book must have been so hard for you but damn it, you did SO GOOD!!

It’s an all encompassing love yet it was built on lies and secrets. And now, in order for a real forever, the lies and secrets must come front and center. It’s not easy getting to The Finish Line. There is much anger and hurt and the question of whether someone can forgive and trust again is ongoing. The author tells this story in past and present events. To find out who Tobias really is, one must return to his past and see what shaped him. It’s a compelling story full of sorrow, greed, revenge, brotherhood, love, selflessness and selfishness. Love before Cecelia and love after Cecelia is how I like to think of it. I will say that I loved “this extra”. It was so much more than I ever expected that I didn’t know I needed. I loved the unexpectedness of the ending and how Cecelia really was a queen to her king. It truly was the best epilogue ever!!! Thank you Kate Stewart for letting Tobias and Cecelia tell you their happily ever after ending. It was beautiful, suspenseful, dangerous, and passionate but also filled with patience, love, sacrifice, second chances, healing and forgiveness. *advanced copy provided in exchange for an honest review*

Wonderful story full of peplexities and complexities of human soul, it will make you weep uncontrollably, and ulyimately smile in peace. This series shall be touted as my top two heartbreaking series of all times. The level of pathos and desperation is sky high, Kate takes us on a wild ride that is an abandoned and rejected woman's heart. It forgives but doesn't forget. A frustrating look at love gone awry, gone missing, gone forever till your heart starts bleeding and then Kate smiles and makes you beg for more. The path to recovery takes its time and long road. I ended up craving for more all the time crying in pain. This book is bigger than words themselves because there's nothing but HUGE emotions, HUGE feels, HUGE heartache and HUGE revelations scattered all over the pages. Trust Kate to roast your heart slowly on a spit and making readers fall in love with people who don't exist, except on paper. "With us, looking is love, fighting is love, fucking is love, and even now, while we muddle through our collective, but distinctly different fears, it's love." EXODUS saw us fall in love with THE Tobias king but his coming to fruition, the circumstances of his evolution, their causes and effects are all explored in depth in this book which was almost a newsletter epilogue!! "This time, I’m determined to break my king before he breaks me.” Cecelia emerges as a phoenix from troubled waters, rising to her full on Goddess stature to claim her rightful place in HER world. This book showcased the wonder womanhood of Cecelia. Tobias is made to earn back the love, the respect and his place beside her. Glad that book 3 slaked the unquenchable thirst for these characters but sad that I was still left smacking my dry lips for more 5 stars for The Ravenhood Follow me on: Email🌻 Bookbub 🌻 Twitter🌻 Instagram🌻 Blog🌻 Facebook🌻 Amazon 🌻

I was quite surprised when I saw that another book was added to this series but was quite thrilled to have more Tobias and Cecelia. There's a lot of 'splaining to do...A LOT. There's also a big heartbreak from the past that has to be dealt with. (Obviously, you need to read the first two books to get the full picture.) My heart really went out to Tobias about that especially as we learned more about his childhood and young adult life. There were several surprises in the story, however, NONE came close to the one at the end. I definitely didn't see that coming although I should have known better. I enjoyed how everything came together but my favorite part was the epilogue! “Checkmate, my love.”

While in the other books she was a bit of a doormat for me but in this one she totally fought back and that was the best part for me!! The way in which she made Tobias grovel and win back her love was everything to me! Pace of the story : Slow Angst Rating : 8/10 Heat Rating : 7/10 Triggers Involved : None Plot Summary : This is the continuation of the last book of the duet. Tobias is back after 8 months to be with the woman he knows he will never be able to give up. But is it too late?? Has she already moved on?? Cecelia has accepted that the man she wanted and will always want , will never want her back. He let her go and forced her to let go of their love and that was what she was going to do now. But now he is back. He says he loves her. But where was that love when she was begging him to give her a chance. Where was that love when she left everything for him and went back to him to see if he still wanted her?? There was no way he loved her now . But she did still love him. But that did not mean the path to Forgiveness and redemption would be easy. Overall Opinion : Omg… this book was the exact supplement I needed after the ravenhood duet!! I didn't even know that I needed it and when I was reading it , I was just so nostalgic! I missed the hell out of these characters and seeing them get what they deserved and that final closure gave me life! Kate Stewart has created a perfect ending for me and I can't thank her enough. I always wanted to see Tobias beg for Cecelia's love because I seriously lost count the number of time that man turned her away , and now I have it!! He is the true king , one who is rude and ruthless , but when he loves!!! He literally made me speechless ! A marvelous creation by this author and a must read for all ravenhood fans! Final Verdict : This book was exactly what I didn't even know I needed! The perfect ending to this marvelous duet , kate Stewart just took my heart and pumped it to life again! A must read for all the ravenhood fans! Instagram | Facebook | Twitter | Pinterest | Bookbub | My Blog

The Ravenhood series was only intended to be a duet. I devoured Flock and Exodus. The plot is unique, riveting, and twisted, but they are not easy reads. I managed to keep my sanity intact, however, with the help of some Tums, screamed obscenities, wine, and therapy sessions courtesy of Facebook spoiler groups. We experience the events of the first two books through Cecelia’s eyes. The Finish Line adds Tobias’s point of view as well, and it fills in a lot of the missing pieces. It is a cathartic read that really helped me come to terms with the four main characters and their actions — particularly Tobias, who I viewed as a villain. The story is deeply emotional and driven by an urgency and unpredictability that kept me absorbed. My main take-aways: 1. I freaking love the Frenchman, and that’s something I never thought I’d say. 2. I questioned Cecelia’s decision-making many times in the past, but the woman is an absolute queen now. She’s strong, perceptive, defiant, and knows her worth. 3. I don’t care for the interspersed flashbacks. It interrupts the flow of the story and I found myself frequently confused (also see #4). I would have preferred to have all of Tobias’s history explored in Part 1 and then continue with the rest of the story. 4. You absolutely must read the books in order. I would have benefited from a binge re-read before diving into this book. There are just too many players and events to keep track of. Stellar writing, passionate characters, and an unpredictable plot combine to make The Finish Line a real gem and a must-read in the series. Recommended for fans of: Second chance romance Robin Hood Reformed bad boys Suspense Frenchmen *I received an early copy of this book to voluntarily read.*

Slow clap for Cecelia in this one. With each book in this series she became more and more kick a**. I was on the edge of my seat through most of this book. The backstory of Tobias and Dom as kids broke my heart. This book was LONG. Long long. Like 2 regular books long, but it read really fast. Were there things I thought probably didn’t need to be there? Yeah, but each detail wasn’t lost on me. The story starts where Exodus left off, with Tobias coming back to claim what he let go, his treasure. Slow clap for Cecelia in this one. The story starts where Exodus left off, with Tobias coming back to claim what he let go, his treasure. He needs to prove to her that he is in it for the long haul and he won’t let her go again. Protecting her is his number one priority. He has so much to make up for, proving he’s not the man he once was, he’s ready to never leave her side. Most of the story flips back and forth from past to present for Tobias but there is a lot of Cecelia’s POV in there too. I love male POV, so I was really invested in this one from the get go. You learn what shaped Tobias into what he is today and you learned what he gave up by letting Cecelia go. His heart was always with her, from the beginning of everything. I really loved the growth that Cecelia showed through this series. She went from a young girl who let her emotions control her to a woman who was in control. This book was the perfect ending. Also, getting to know Tobias more really cemented him in to book boyfriend status.

He's back. But he has a bit of a fight on his hands to get to that happy end ... it will probably not be an insta happily ever after. BUT, I'm not spoiling anything! So ... that's basically all I'm going to tell you. LOL! Just know that this third book is a MUST for all fans of the first two and it's also a must for people who didn't really love-love the first two books - like moi. Back when I read the first ones, I was so disappointed. I loved the covers and saw so many 5-star-reviews claiming that this was the best thing they've ever read. And going in with too high hopes made me hate the books a little. My own fault. They were too long for my tastes. With too many redundant moments. Not enough action. The second book was much better than the first, but overall I was extremely disappointed. That's why I was so excited to read this third one. Weird, because again ... being too excited can only lead to disappointment. But .... it didn't. I loved this book. I wish some amazing editor genius would've turned these three books into one amazing and epic story. There's just too much that I didn't care about. Too many unnecessary words. Too much poetic description of things or moments I just didn't care about. I fast-forwarded those most of the time. BUT - I loved this final book. Please don't read - or keep on reading this review if you haven't read the first two books!! I hated (also loved) that Dom was in this last book so much. In all those back-in-time chapters we get so much Dom. And it's just too heartbreaking for us poor readers! Ugh, why did he have to die? Or better yet, why do Dom and Sean exist in the first place, if we were never getting the ménage-y happily ever after ending I always wanted!? 😰 This last book is a great ending to Tobias and Cecelia's story though. We basically spend the whole book with Tobias trying to suvive suburban life, while trying to get the love of his life to forgive him and understand what happened that brought them to this moment in time. It was very sweet and funny and heartbreaking and exciting. Also a bit silly still with all the club business and the president and everything basically that Tobias did since was a teenager. But pfft. There had to be some drama in the story. Also the phrase END OF. Ugh, how I hated reading this so often in this story! No idea why I don't like it, it just sounds ridiculous! ... and that's really all I'm telling you. 😉 READ THIS BOOK! 💜 💜

I didn’t think I could love Tobias, but oh boy, did I fall in love with this man in this book. We get to see a sides of him we didn’t see in the duet. Tobias is FRAGILE. He loves HARD, and he goes ALL IN. I finally understood him, and I literally melted and cried at his groveling. The hard truths he has to face were so so heartbreaking. I genuinely felt myself bleed when he bled. The way he loved, has always loved Cecelia was so mother freaking breath taking. And his love for his brother, his brothers, I just- I mean name me a better man. He IS a king, a dark king, but a King no less. And Cecelia, my brave, big hearted resilient herione, I love her SO much. I love the fight she had, I love the way she bent Tobias to his will, I love that even deep down she was still this girl who had a heart of gold. I just loved that Cecelia stuck to her resolve and more than that- I was in awe of the woman she became in just these 3 books. I understood her, so deeply- and maybe that’s why I loved her so much because me and Ce are the same. I also appreciated that we got to see friendships in this book and we got to see a side of these two characters that are more light hearted in the midst of all the angst. Some of the times they fought I laughed out loud and other times in their interactions with people I could not help but smile. This book was very much a book on groveling, of coming back together even when it seems that destiny always has a way of putting you apart. It was a book on grief, it was a fucking masterpiece. Kate Stewart you absolute genius, you deserve ALL the awards. I hope - and I know she might be done with this universe, I hope we get a book on Preston and Molly, I loved them. And Sean, sweet SWEET SEAN, I will beg Kate till the end of time to give me a novella about him and Tessa and falling re-discovering love again. But mostly, Tyler. Please, that boy deserves a second chance and happily ever after. This is one of the best, most well written romances I have EVER read. This now triology is absolutely downright flawless. When my body decides to come back to me and my aderaline is down and my heart isn’t in my throat I might add to this review but 5 out 5 sensational stars. ***yea so it’s been less than 24 hours and I can’t stop thinking about this book, this series, like this hasn’t happened to me in awhile I am ruined***

I just loved getting the back story from his perspective and also the inner workings of the Brotherhood and his relationship with Sean, Tyler and Dom. "Life as I knew it, was over the second I laid eyes on her. All former versions of me were erased when I exchanged hate for love." And the romance- oh the romance between my favorite couple! Cecilia came to play and she definitely made Tobias work for it- resulting in witty banter, steamy chemistry and some amazing romantic gestures. Tobias just made me swoon time and time again as he proved his loyalty and overcame his own fears to become truly worthy of Cecilia. And the twists and turns at the end of the book were just a master stroke as I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out when we would get our happy ever after. And the ending was so worth every tear and moment of anxiety along the way. An absolutely beautiful conclusion to one of my all time favorite series! Give it all the stars!

If you follow my reviews you know I strive for honesty. I don't review every book I read because not every book touches me in a way that I feel a need to review. Much like the first two books in this series. Let me clarify. When I read the first two books in the Ravenhood series I was missing something. I couldn't connect. I liked the story and I loved most of the characters but I struggled when it ended. Who knew that what I was missing was the story I JUST FINISHED. So if, like me, you struggled with the initial duet this review is for you! If you haven't read the initial two books I will be as vague as possible. There are a lot of characters throughout this series so going forward the main characters will just be referred to as hero and heroine because that is certainly something that can't be spoiled for any reader especially if you are new to this series. I don't really know where to start. The layers and depth of this story is truly astonishing. There is a significant amount of history in this book. Stories within the story that will give you so much perspective into the hero. It's a beautiful thing to see most of the series characters in these reflections. I have to say I loved the hero. His vulnerable side gave me life. His emotional side took my breath away and his love for his Queen will stay with me for a long time. The heroine is maybe my favorite part of this book. Wow she floored me at every turn. First of all her determination. Her steadfast grip on what she needed from her hero before she was able to let him in. It's heart wrenching in parts and so incredibly emotional but I will say these two are adults. There is no over the top drama because of silly miscommunications but real conversation that shows how devoted these two are to one another. Granted there are still some things that are held back but in due time all is revealed. And it's amazing. I will say that these two despite the difficult issues they were navigating were freaking hilarious. I never expected to laugh as much as I did and I loved it and it made me love them! Truly this book is just absolute full circle and I'm so glad we got it. The reunions, the reveals the mended relationships were perfection. So give this one a go especially if you were unsure with the first two because you won't be disappointed. And if you haven't started this series what in the world are you waiting for? Take the leap. You'll be happy you did.

4.5 stars This is the book that we didn’t know we wanted. It started out as a bonus epilogue for the Ravenhood Duet, but turned into a full length, behemoth of a novel, and the final book in the Ravenhood Trilogy, and wow, it’s intense. Romantic, steamy, complex and suspenseful, it’s a fantastic finish to this amazing story, and I loved it. I loved the first two Ravenhood books. I was absolutely captivated by the unique, complex and unpredictable story, and I was completely satisfied with how it ended. And then along comes this book, giving us more of everything, bringing more depth to the characters, their relationships, and their journeys, and providing complete closure for all of the different aspects of the story. I can’t say anything about the story without spoiling the series, but this book picks up right after Exodus ended, showing us the ending that was only hinted at, allowing us to experience every intimate detail of these characters finding their HEA. We also get to learn more about the past through flashbacks which show us Tobias’ history, and him growing up with Dominic, Sean and Tyler as they grow to become the men that we know them as. The flashbacks continue to cover key events from the first two books of the series, and I loved getting the alternative perspective which allows us to see all that went down between the boys during that time. I was never alone, not once, and it’s so evident now. When one of us falters, when our wings fail us and we lose direction, there’s always another to coast us in. This is such a complex story and such a complex world, and there were a lot of little details that I had forgotten. I did find myself a bit lost at the beginning as there is no rehash of previous events, so I had to stop and go back to reread the ending of Exodus before restarting this one. And then the further I got into this book, the more that came back to me, so make sure you’re fully in the zone before making a start on this one! Is it necessary to read this book as part of the series? No. But fans will love the chance to dive back into this world, learn more about the characters and experience the absolutely epic love story as it plays out in all of its passionate, tumultuous and emotional glory. My strongest temptation and undoing. The only woman capable of satiating me. My nemesis and equal, my torment and love. Unraveling with her has never felt so fucking good. OMG, I love this love story! It’s angsty in places, and it’s an emotional rollercoaster, but there is no doubting the intense connection between these two and their unshakable love for each other is truly beautiful to witness. “No man on earth has ever loved a woman more than I love you.” As with the previous books, Kate Stewart stunned me with the way she constructed this story. It’s not until the very end that you can look back and see just how complex the whole thing is, and can appreciate the skill she used in crafting it. The way she pieced it all together is so clever, never letting up on the emotional intensity, with a delicious thread of tension running from start to finish, and a jaw-dropping ending that is full of feels and had me tearing up as the characters find the closure that they so desperately deserve. An amazing read from Kate Stewart. 4.5 stars. An Advanced Review Copy was generously provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
