3.5 Time for book 2!!! We got a small hint of Cookie and Frost in the Thanksgiving book now its there turn. Frost has been wanting Cookie since he first saw her and he makes no problems showing her that he wants her. From flirty moves to one on one in the bathroom. ;) heck he's one dirty s.o.b. there moments are very sexual tension because Cookie already had her heart broken and she doesn't think she can do it again. But that isn't there biggest problem seems like Frost evil mother isn't done. T 3.5 Time for book 2!!! We got a small hint of Cookie and Frost in the Thanksgiving book now its there turn. "His Christmas Cookie" is the story of Cookie and Frost. An reluctant but innocent heroine, a very sexy burly Russian hero, a lot of will-they-wont-they chase with a lot of obsession, drama and evil OP providing some angst and spice, some kink and some really sweet love scenes- all ending in a HEA. A fast and fun read, Alexa Riley brings the heat the passion in her latest release. Love at first sight never looked or felt so good, and these ladies know what they are doing when it comes to Alpha males on the hunt. Cookie can run but she has no clue how far our leading man will go to get what belongs to him. Her! Steam factor is smoking hot and the chemistry is superb. It's a YES from me. OMG...this is Frost and Cookie’s book, the twin brother and sister from the His Pumpkin Pie couple. So twin brothers dating/marrying sisters. Still freaking love the names, because I’m all quirky like that. These two meet in His Pumpkin Pie, where Frost has been trying to give her time, and oh yeah, he’s about as subtle as a Mack truck about wanting her. Loved this storyline, they have more family stuff from Frost’s mom, and there were quite a few wth moments, which I loved. Safe read. Okay....This one made me a bit frustrated. I understand, that Cookie was kinda hurt by ex and I said kinda, because she didn't care for him in anyway, that you should care about a person you date, but damn I was done with her continuing running away from Frost. Does anyone here know what happened to the old AR coz i miss her so much. This new AR is like the exact opposite of old AR😓😓. Now the only option is to binge read her old books. So disappointed with this and her new books coz they are full of drama without hot scenes and smut. Thus the new books are dry as hell. 😑

Good book. I liked this book. It was a cute fast read. The MCs were likeable and I love a cold hero that is super sweet to the h. And her family. Great Christmas read. The steam was detailed and hot but nothing adventurous. 3/5. I liked both pumpkin and cookies books. I think I like Frost (H) more than Miller (H) from pumpkins book. But both really good. Hot Russians, uhh yea.

This insta-love story tells the story of Frost and Cookie. Though this is a standalone, this couple's story starts in Alexa Riley's His Pumpkin Pie (which is the story of Frost's twin, Miller, and Cookie's sister, Pumpkin.) Though both books are insta-loves and fluffy as all get out, I liked this story a bit better than the last -- 3.5 stars for this; 3 for the other. Cookie and Frost really do have a lovey, sweet story. You can't go wrong with either story. They're standalone stories, but should really be read in order -- His Pumkin Pie then His Christmas Cookie.

First things first; I love the cover of this book! This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I was glad that got what they deserved. I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

DNF @ 20% A few things have bothered me so far: 1) No physical descriptions yet despite them being in each other's presence a couple of times. I have no idea how to picture them; 2) Frost comes across as very one-dimensional so far. She's prickly without having any endearing qualities which makes it hard to connect with her. All of those combined means the story couldn't hold my attention, but I might try it again in the future.

I feel like I'm missing a part of the story with the previous couple. But this story is about Cookie and Frost, her sister is married to his brother. He's an OTT alpha, while she says she wants nothing with him but secretly loves him. Cookie didn't like how open Frost was about his feelings for her but he told her every single time. There was some drama with his parents trying to extort money. But I found this book kind of cheesy compared to other Alexa Riley books. I absolutely love her and her sister's name. Now, I read this one before the Thanksgiving one so I knew the spoiler of the previous book. (All my fault) But, BOY have I missed my Alexa Riley fixes. This book is so cute and quirky that I can see the main characters in an everyday setting. The playful banter between them is worth the chuckles and light hearted humor to offset the serious parts to the book. While it is an easy and light read, as most AR books are, it is still beautifully done. <3 B I absolutely love her and her sister's name. Cookie and Frost was such a sweet beautiful story. I mean how adorable are their names. They were so good and perfect for each other because they both were like forget love who needs it. But once Frost seen Cookie he knew love was real. And he was going to do everything in his power to keep it. I also love how they kept it in the family. By the sisters getting with the twin brothers. This was just a sweet Christmas story.

What a wonderful story. In an instant, knowing that your one is right there, and everything else around ceases to exist, is mighty powerful. A well written beautifully described story about the instant power of love. Unfortunately, even true love doesn’t come without issue, either yours, theirs, or someone else’s. But true love will always find a way. What a happy and not so happy Christmas love story, with a perfect for them ending.

The writing pulls at your heart...makes you want to fight for love, and will make you not want to put the book down!!! I cant get enough of the characters. The emotion that you can feel through each page. Love that makes your heart want to...re-read...over & over. This is an easy enjoyable read !

We got a taste for the demons that Cookie was fighting in Pumpkin’s story and came face to face with them in Cookie’s story. Instalove is a thing and even though Cookie tried to fight it, Frost wasn’t letting her get away. Lots of intrigue, crazy mama drama and more. So good. True Alexa Riley goodness. ❤️

MEH. I couldn't connect with the characters, Cookie was annoying me with her spineless behaviour, and Frost was some sort of 1-track-mind caveman. And then.... the period scene. Not for me this one. sorry but period sex puts me off. I slip my hand out of her jeans and stare at her in the mirror as I bring the fingers to my mouth and lick them clean. “You’re disgusting.” She scowls at me, and I smile yuk. he practically tasted her period blood.
