I admit to being a trifle leery of reading anything connected to this pandemic. I am however, a fan of Ms Strom, so trusted she would not jump on the typical virus bandwagon. I'm glad I followed my instincts. This is a genuinely fun story, written from a refreshing perspective. A dedicated geneticist, desperately trying to figure out the peculiarities of a vaccine, discovers she has some otherworldly help. Initially assuming her visitor to be a figment of her overwrought imagination... who would I admit to being a trifle leery of reading anything connected to this pandemic. Ivy and Zaku are sublime as they come to grips with their burgeoning feelings. The dialogue is both amusing and poignant. The steam is... well... steamy! Zaku is a well crafted novel, and one I hope is the precursor to a series! Great job!

OMFG! Sci-fi isn't normally my thing, and Covid has been an absolute nightmare all over the world, but this book brings a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.  I absolutely love Iona Strom/LS Anders' ability to create sexy AF alien beings, and coupling them with human lifeforms, with graphic sex scenes and all their unique packages down south.  Romancing the Cure really brings out the author's inner geek, Trekkie imagination and definitely unique sexual fantasies, burning up the pages. I wasn’t sure about this book until I started reading and Wow was it fantastic! I loved Ivy and Zaku! Working together they will find the cure. Iona writes the best Sci-fi romance with sexy aliens and human women! It gives you hope that someday a cure will be found. Thank you Iona for this wonderful story!

I almost dozed off reading chapter one, but after that my interest was piqued and color me very intrigued and I needed more! The descriptors used in smexy times were scorching!! I liked Ivy's dedication and selflessness. I did shed some tears when Ivy realizes she had help with the formula. The feelings of loss were palpable. Great conclusion. Looking forward to more adventures. I almost dozed off reading chapter one, but after that my interest was piqued and color me very intrigued and I needed more!
