Blake Jordan but different... Blake Jordan is a man of character, strength and dependability. In the past, Blake has been an unstoppable force. This time, he comes across a little subdued and unsure. Not sure if that's intentional. I really enjoy Ken Fite books and this is no exception. It was good but just different. Blake Jordan but different... This is a great addition to the series. The action is non-stop as Blake and Jami try to determine who is behind the explosion that takes place in New York City, and why the bomber wants a certain prisoner released from Rikers Island. Then there is the "political" posturing that threatens to hinder Blake's ability to get to the bottom of what is going on. In addition to the main story, Blake also has to decide when (and whether) to marry Jami. This is a great addition to the series. Outstanding! Another excellent Blake Jordan thriller...with a long-expected ending. The story begins with the reader on the edge of the seat and accelerates from there. There were several unexpected twists and turns that were unexpected while Blake figured it out. Waiting for the next book.

My husband and I don’t usually like the same books, but we both agree on the Blake Jordan series. Blake and his fiancé Jami work in different cities and were able to arrange time together in New York. They are almost ready to go home, when the action begins. A homeless man, dead cops, a bomb, a demand for the release of a prisoner that Blake has known in the past and it just get more exciting from there. The story keeps you guessing as to who are the good guys. Don’t plan on putting the book dow My husband and I don’t usually like the same books, but we both agree on the Blake Jordan series. Double WOW I thought I’d read all books of this series, but found out I’d miss the last two and this one. Read all three back-to-back — within a couple of days! I worked for the Department of Defense as a civilian for over 40 years, so I enjoy this series so much! The Thin Blue Line kept me captivated till the last page! Wonderful read. Can’t wait for the next one.

NY ball bitter Great job by Ken Fite depicting the terror of what can happen in today's world. Realistic characterization of the relationship between the NYC mayor and the real world. Solid winner! Love every book in this series but this one is the best! Drama, terror and true loyalty abound in this one. Blake and Jamie are always great but especially when they are saving each others lives! Well done on every level.

Shaky Line Uneven plot ... interesting in places, predictable in others. Dependable in a “by the numbers” way but nothing different or “wow” here. Like the train that gets you from point A to point B on time but with nothing to make the trip especially memorable.

Finally So glad we had a wedding at the end. Totally enjoyed the book. As usual, lots of action and puzzles. Not sure about him defusing the bomb. But, had to try, cause no one else there. Interesting cast of characters, never sure who is bad and good.
