I love works from BOTH Samantha A. Cole and JB Havens, so I was super excited to hear they would be doing a novel together. All of their characters are extremely relate able and likable, and the story lines mesh together so well! From the Steel side, we get some back story to Mic and it gave lots of insight behind her motivations. I was also happy to see more of Phillips in this story and to get more of a feel for his character. From the Trident side, we get LOTS more of Carter. No Way in Hell-5 stars I knew a book based on the Steel Corp and Trident Security would kick ass and this book certainly does. The attention to detail and we'll rounded story line is amazing. The characters are well rounded and mesh well together. I like the background given between the two group and the intermingling of story lines works really well. The training and professionalism exhibited rings true and the book almost reads like a military manual. I was thrilled to get a look back into T. Carter’s childhood. As tainted as it was I understood now what continue to drives Carter to be the person that he is. No one should fear him except for the person or persons he is gunning for. Loyal to the end and always there in the shadows if you have this man’s loyalty you are one lucky gem. The blonde locks – the eminent charm – of a deadly U.S. spy and assassin … gives me goose bumps. Bea Michaels who turns into Sergeant Bea “Mic” Michaels is not a stranger to a dark past. Thank goodness for her Aunt who loved her and took her in from her abusive father. When her mother died he changed according to her. He was lost and Bea became the person who killed her instead of the daughter he should have loved and treasured. Surviving then and surviving now, Bea is pulled into an elite covert U.S. military team. Only knowing Carter by a number and vice versa the two are about to cross paths in one of the most crucial missions of their lives. The Trident men are also kicking ass and taking names. You could not give me enough of the back story of the boys. Not only do we get to see them in action prior to opening the private security agency but we also get one small sentence that made my heart full …. We hear of Jen and her parents when they were still alive. Mic and her right hand Phillips are off to meet Carter as he has infiltrated the group being brought down. What happens next is not rainbows and lollipops …. Its one hard core mission that has its ups and downs; some harder to take than others. Bea has things in her head that need to get straight and Carter can see straight in to her thoughts. Being the man he is, Carter steps up to the plate and takes on the toughest woman he has ever met. Bea – can I be her? I want to be her. Own that life girl ….. I simply LOVED LOVED LOVED these books. Me…. I always want more. I always wish for more. So ladies .. get to writing. Book one ends with somewhat of a cliffy. Nothing too fierce but definitely has you taking a gut check knowing whats about to go down and who is going in. Book two – you are going to lose it. Why … because …. NEVER did I see Carter in such a light as I do now. If before I thought he was a diamond in a haystack – the man is now the freaking Harry Winston Isadora. Thank you ladies for honoring me with an ARC. Review to post to Ramblings From Beneath The Sheets.

Eat it up baby and enjoy. On top of the ever hot alpha Carter and hard ass ( I seriously love her) Bea Michaels, this awesome crossover novel also shows the build up of each of the Trident Security team, how they worked together as SEAL’S and the build up of Trident Security as it is in the previous Trident books. I have not read any of the Steel Force stories from JB, but rest assured they are now heading to the top of my TBR listing. I feel like I’m so dumbstruck I can’t even leave a proper review, so I’m outta here and off to start book 2.

No Way In Hell book 1 is a crossover of Samantha Cole's Trident Security and JB Havens' Steel Corps. The two teams work together on a mission. The two teams work extremely well together. The book is action packed and fast moving. A book that grips you from the very beginning. I don't think there's a better collaboration of two series out there! Loved it. Perfect way to get insight on how Steel and Trident started. I loved reading about each individual becoming an integral part of the two security organizations. The background of Carter, Mic and the Trident boys puts the other books in perspective. A great beginning. Look forward to reading more.

This is part one of a crossover book between Steel Corps and Trident Security. This reader is a fan of Trident Security. I had not read the Steel Corps series, but that did not take away from following this story line. It is a short and easy read that will have you not being able to put the book down. Be warned that it does end in a cliffhanger which is why it is part one as you will need to read part two to find out how the mission ends and you will so want to read the next book. I read and reviewed for KFA.

Having 2 of my favorite authors come together is awesome! Trident brings the yummy sexiness and Steel kicks butt without asking for names. Samantha & JB seamlessly blend writing styles, leaving the reader unable to tell where one stops & the other picks up! The characters interact naturally, with plenty of action & jokes.

Its exciting from the first page and doesn't stop building throughout, it finishes to quickly but luckily both books are releasing more or less together so no wait to get right back in with the second. You do need to read both books and in order as it is a continuation. I love all these kick-ass characters and no way can I choose between them, though it is great to have Phillips back as I have missed him. This starts with Mic and Carter when young and how they end up in the military doing what they do, there are some intense sections where they are fighting in war zones some of which is graphic, especially the interrogations. It is also the start of Trident and Steel, the setting up of each as well as the training and recruitment. I feel so lucky to be given the chance of the early read of these before the main release and believe me you do not want to miss out on them. if you haven't yet read Trident Security or The Steel Corps Series then I would actually read these two first before you go and read both the other series but if you have already read them then this is just an added bonus. Fantastic collaboration between these awesome authors and I hope that maybe they may do more in the future, definitely worth more than five stars.

This is the story that gets it all started, and the background of these amazing characters that finalizes in the next book, No Way In Hell Part Two. I cannot wait to finish! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

I love all things Samantha Cole and all things JB Havens. Bring them together to collaborate on a 2 book crossover series? Holy flippin' shit!! In this first book, we see more deeply in to my beloved Carter's past. Who isn't a sucker for a vulnerable little boy? Good job. We also see the same with Mic's childhood and crappy past; with the exception of Aunt Beatrice, of course. I'm not going to say much more of the story, that's what the synopsis is for lol. If not, I'll just keep Master Carter all to myself.

Wasn't sure what to expect here, but as usual both J.B and Samantha have worked their magic, the cross over between Steel Corps and Trident is brilliant, its well written, smooth to read and no confusion for the reader when going between one and the other. Carter's role is of course a huge bonus. Loving the introduction of the red head, hoping to see her in Carter's story (when I get there!), but who is the mystery foster sister, does he keep tabs on her? I absolutely loved this book!! And the authors are fantastic too!!!! I had the pleasure of watching and reading this book as it was being written. And read No Way in Hell as it was finished. These two authors did a spectacular job collaborating in this book. Some of the scenes had me on edge and biting my nails and reading between my fingers. Fantastic writing ladies. This book is going to bring you major success!!!! Love you both Sam and JB!!!

We've read about Carter in the Trident series. The mysterious guy that is so secretive but is always ready to step in when needed. We met Bea in the Steel series. Beautiful woman with the ability to lead her team to safety. This book is part one of a two part series of how they both began their careers and came to be who they are. This one ends in a cliffhanger so I am glad book two is out as I am ready to read the end of their story. We've read about Carter in the Trident series. Hot men in training. I probably should have read Steel Corps before reading this crossover. I really loved getting the back story on Trident security and especially Carter. Helped me understand what I read in other stories. I loved the story of all the different agencies working together and helping to train each other. Makes me miss my military days. Can't wait to read the next part. A must read, who doesn't love hot guys saving the world. Hot men in training. I probably should have read Steel Corps before reading this crossover. I love these two authors and when i read they were doing a cross over , I was delighted and excited. The way the 2 groups interact and the story telling you would not think there were 2 authors writing this book. We get to hear a little of Carter's story and I love the interaction with him and Mic. I do so hope that there will be more of them together. Very well done Ladies I love these two authors and when i read they were doing a cross over , I was delighted and excited.
