So confusing This book is riddled with inaccuracies. The era of the trapper peaked at around the 1830s, well before the advent of the telegraph or the post Civil War cattle ranch era. The depiction of all three simultaneously speaks to a lack of research.

Great read. Congratulations on writing a book about a western character and his life. Keep up the good writing, and I will keep reading. Again, congratulations on writing about a forgotten way of early American life and it's hardships. Thank you, and keep writing. Great read. Excellent! True to life, it sounded realistic, tools, people and situations. If the rest are like this, I'm looking forward to reading them. Excellent! True to life, it sounded realistic, tools, people and situations. If the rest are like this, I'm looking forward to reading them.
