    Don't bother I'm not sure if half the book is missing? The 28 day plan has menus but only recipes for ice cream, cakes , and smoothies. Where are the recipes for the main meals?? Also thought it was very badly written, many of the sentences don't make sense, it's almost as if it has been translated from a different language! Very disappointed.
