The titular nurse doesn’t always come across as particularly responsible, the obligatory handsome doc spends most of the time disapproving and being stern and the patient (an old school comedian whose career, finances and health are on the skids) is a reckless, bullying, thin-skinned, crowd-sized-obsessed, obese martyr with a comb-over.
