Bug is lazy & doesn’t like doing very much. The other bugs tease him because he doesn’t shower, brush his teeth, or change his cloths. Bug is always late for school. How did Mommy & Daddy handle Bug? I do not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing free books from publishers & authors. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one. An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures, charming illustrations & proper font & writing style. A Bug is lazy & doesn’t like doing very much. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational presentation (becoming independent, making good decisions), movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini-TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars. I know a few lazy bugs that need to read this book. It's funny and sad at the same time. Independence is a self -esteem booster and a pride builder. Having the ability to be self sufficient makes you feel good and makes you even want to help others. It's a great start in team building and leadership skills. I just loved Bug One Lazy Bug doesn't want to learn self-sufficiency until he finally realizes he's able to take care of himself without always asking for help. This sudden awareness builds his confidence. Sweet story of growing pains and finally growing up.
