    Lovely Meditations that Could Help with More than Weight Loss I have read several books by this author that have included meditation as a component, and I always felt it was the strongest aspect of those books. So, I was delighted that he came out with a book specifically of meditations. As you can tell from the title, these are about weight loss, although some about mindset could be tweaked ever so slightly and made more general. After a brief introduction where the author shares his own weight Lovely Meditations that Could Help with More than Weight Loss I have read several books by this author that have included meditation as a component, and I always felt it was the strongest aspect of those books. So, I was delighted that he came out with a book specifically of meditations. As you can tell from the title, these are about weight loss, although some about mindset could be tweaked ever so slightly and made more general. After a brief introduction where the author shares his own weight loss meditation journey and two longer meditations for weight loss specifically by gender, the author then gives 30 different relatively short meditations to help you on your weight-loss journey. Some earlier ones aren't terribly specific to weight loss, but as the book progresses, they become more and more so. Each meditation has a specific topic, like goal setting or staying hydrated. I wish the author had listed what each meditation was in the chapter heading so that you could more easily find one on a particular topic. For instance, after you go through the initial 30 days of these, you might want to get back to specific ones if you're needing help with, say, motivation or loving your body. The author does not link out to audios of the meditations, so if you want to do them in a relaxed setting, you will have to record them yourself. But with free software like Audacity, this is easily done. I liked these meditations and will take them for a spin! I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.     This book talks about meditation in a different manner , that is weight loss. I was excited to read first as to how the writer is guiding his readers to this exercising of brain cells. There are daily mediation techniques listed. I plan to start practicing this on a daily basis. I did try Day 1 and Day 2, they are pretty easy, not though at all, I have not seen pound loss but feel good on the mediation bit. Try it out , I will say and know your own body.     Powerful help to lose weight! by Happy-Girl I read this book and was conquered by its clarity. Surely, to lose weight you must exercise and eat better, but psychologically you must be strong. This book helps to give and maintain the resolution through meditation! In a very clear way you have the theory, but also a program of 30 meditations that will lead you to success. I loved it!
