    Read this through cover to cover as soon as I got it in the mail! As an intuitive eating-leaning dietitian, I love that these are nutritious recipes with no shaming involved. I’ve read other cookbooks that pull the “I NEVER cook with (insert wheat, dairy, gluten, etc) because I care about my family” type messaging and I can’t stand it! All foods fit, and I love that HG has always stood by that. This book involves all food groups, gives you easy ways to swap if you don’t eat meat/dairy/gluten, an Read this through cover to cover as soon as I got it in the mail!     I love the formatting of this cookbook. The recipes are easily coded as no cook, 5 ingredient, 15 min, 30 min, gluten free, vegetarian, single serving and family size.... with a quick reference list for each category. Then there's the more traditional setup of chapters by cooking method. Huge bonus points for having a picture for every recipe! My only real down side is the fact that many of the recipes are only "fast and easy" because they call for prepackaged slaws, riced cauliflower, etc. This I love the formatting of this cookbook.     A cookbook I got out of the library that I now am considering purchasing, largely due to: solid nutritional data; range of recipe, each one with a photo (highly unusual - which of course should not be!); and good general cooking advice and guidance. I have taken off one star only because I have not yet made any of the recipes, and because I wish the smoothie recipes included had fewer carbohydrates per serving.

    Her books are always great If you’re looking for yummy low cal recipes. Many of these serve just one or two people. The sheet pan dinners are going to be worked into my regular rotation, and there are a lot of great ideas here. If you are looking for fast, easy and healthy meal ideas, you’ve got to check this out.
