Great resource
I am a homeschooling mom, but prior to that I was a developmental preschool teacher. I would have loved this book then! This book breaks down the Montessori method. It explains why child-centered, child-led education is best. We must validate and build up children. They are born curious and wanting to learn. Montessori is all about nurturing that. My favorite chapters were the ones on recommended toys for each stage of development ( so helpful in picling quality toys) and the what Great resource

I think we all struggle with saying helpful things to kiddos who are struggling with big feelings, and this book gives good examples.

Wow
This book is fantastic! With covid going on and working from home it's been hard to juggle work home and teaching my daughter. I'm not the most creative person either so this book has helped give me ideas on what to do to help my daughter learn, grow, master get creativity, and overall curiosity. The way this book was laid out was easy to follow with a good background on this teaching/learning method. Some I knew from my psych degree but having this all mapped out this way is a life saver. Toddler enrichment
This book is providing a way to guide your toddler into a lifestyle that will be beneficial for their development and help them continue to grow into adulthood. It helps you provide a completely customized learning experience to make your toddler love learning and pursue their passions and ambitions as they grow.

Work with your child not against them
This book is very helpful as it helps translate the Montessori way into clear language that is easy to understand. I recommend trying some of their ideas in your own home. These methods helped my child grow her curiosity in a healthy way and helped me build a partnership with her that will be beneficial for years to come.

Good guide for starting Montessori learning
I studied early childhood education in college and we learned a little bit about each teaching approach. I wanted to learn more about Maria Montessori, and this book was just what I needed! It's an easy read and includes activities that can do at home with your child. Good guide for starting Montessori learning

Childhood development 101
I was over interested in this book with the history and philosophy behind the founder, Maria Montessori. I really liked the sections on music, art, exercise and most of all chores. I too believe in well rounded education for all. This is a must read for all parents.

Very helpful
It gives ideas how to keep little ones busy with play-to-learn activities. Lots of ideas on how to address situations, redirect, and how build your children’s cognitive skills.

For Montessori Newbies
I never really understood what Montessori was. This book was a wonderful read and I think it will help me implement Montessori principles with my little one.
