If you are trying to find the right diet for you then this book about vegetarians may be the one to read.
This book does a good job of explaining what being a vegetarian is and contains steps to follow to become one. I am a list type of person and this is in that format so it also makes it easier to follow this plan. There are numerous recipes included in order to assist in following the rules. Many sounded delicious and looked easy to follow.

Ready to start trying recipes
My interest in this book was because I feel guilty feeding a vegetarian friend the same thing over and over. I got real excited reading the breakfast recipes. I want to fix these for my family. Then I read more recipes I want to try these for my family, maybe doing meat free once weekly.

Vegetarian or Vegan?
Some of the recipes looked delicious and all were easy to follow. My problem is they went back and forth using vegan and vegetariAn and they are different. I would recommend it to anyone curious about either diet style.

If you want to go vegan but worried about not getting enough for your workouts, this book is amazing! The recipes are so tasty and would never guess they are mean less by the way they taste!
