   The book does provide quite a bit of inspiration to begin investing in real estate, as If I was sitting in a pyramid scheme ted talk, and I did receive some great tips on how to do it a “lazy way.” Keep in mind that some of the methods that pay out big are in no way lazy. Anything worth doing is actually quite a bit of work so prepare to read some methods that are “what you put in is what you get.” The book is a Short read and pretty comprehensible as if I was reading a Sam I am by Dr. Seuss. I have begun two methods that it mentioned which are truly a lazy way, but keep in mind multiple individuals wrote This book. The biggest knock I would give it is the fact that you can’t get this book unless you subscribe to his newsletter for $49 a month. The man is a slick businessmen so remember nothing is free in life. Just make sure you cancel after reading the book to get your money back.
