    Good, practical and easy to follow This a good start for anyone wanting to transition to a plant based lifestyle, but also considers those who don’t want to totally go plant-based, but want the flexibility to (whether by choice or necessity), include animal products in their diets. But, it definitely is a guide to help move toward a plant-based diet. I found the recipes I liked to be fairly easy to prepare and the ingredients can be found in most regular stores.     Wow. 4 books in 1! There really is so much great info in these books. We all know a diet higher in plant based, fresh ingredients is best. But, these books break down why that is, and the aithor backs it with science! And the great part is a couple of these books explain how to be an athlete and still build muscle and fuel your body. My favorite part are all the recipes. I have only tried some of the breakfast smoothies...but they were so good! I highly recommend the PB&J one.

    Give your body the tools it needs to be healthy A plant based diet consists mainly of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes and nuts/seeds. Combine this diet with vitamin and mineral supplements and it will get your health back on track. This book has information on how to eliminate bad eating habits, what to stock in your pantry, lots of delicious recipes and even beauty treatments. If you want to improve your health, buy this book.

    Stock the pantry! This was a very informative read for me. It not only gave me reasons why to try this diet, it also told me what to eliminate from my diet.     Plants only? In this book it explains the benefits of eating plants and tells you it the good vegetables, fruits lentils and nuts. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to become healthier and would like to try the plant diet and interesting recipes inside.

    Loved it My eldest just became a vegetarian and i was worried about how she would be getting her nutritional needs. This book explained what she would need to eat and foods that would provide her eith her needs. And the recipes are delicipus! I loved the mushroom tart. Who knew??

    Awesome recipes! Great cookbook with many easy to follow recipes. The book talks about the benefits of a plant based diet and why eating things like sugar and meat can slow down weight loss goals. Can’t wait to try some if these recipes to become more plant based!
