    As a recipe book, I think this is one of the best keto books around. The recipes are delicious and not overly complicated. It may be because I'm also from New York and love Italian food, but I found the recipes much more appetizing than in many other keto cookbooks. Just taking off one star because I found the writing repetitive and sort of uninteresting, but the recipes make the book really worth it. (Also, this is definitely the typical "keto as weight loss" book, so if you're doing keto for hea As a recipe book, I think this is one of the best keto books around.     Thanks netgalley for providing this! I was recently very interested in the keto lifestyle and saw this was available on netgalley. This book explained keto very well and had a ton of great recipes that give all of your daily needs. It’s also written by one of my favorite jersey shore guys ever!

(I have no idea who the author is, although Google tells me that he was on "The Jersey Shore": that horrible TV show that shows the side of the Jersey shore that I hate as I love NJ beaches off-season!) The recipes are all yummy looking and I made the Zucchini Rol Manicotti this past weekend as I was dying to try it. We all loved it so I can see cooking my way through this book --- may the famous GTL (Gym/Tan/Laundry) can now be Greens/Tomatoes/Lamb? Grease/Turkey/Leeks? LOL As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I love emojis (outside of their incessant use by "Social Influencer Millennials" on Instagram and Twitter) so let's give it some Keto-friendly 🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓

    I don’t follow keto exclusively mostly because I am a legit carb ahold. But I must say some of the recipes in this book will help change that. The golden pancake are amazing and I make them frequently. I also have become quit keen on smoothie recipes. At first it was a hard transition for me because I remained hungry. I have found the smoothie recipes in this book more satisfying and I make them thick enough to be almost froze yogurt consistency which really does the trick for me. Another real f I don’t follow keto exclusively mostly because I am a legit carb ahold. But I must say some of the recipes in this book will help change that. The golden pancake are amazing and I make them frequently. I also have become quit keen on smoothie recipes. At first it was a hard transition for me because I remained hungry. I have found the smoothie recipes in this book more satisfying and I make them thick enough to be almost froze yogurt consistency which really does the trick for me. Another real favorite is the hearty spinach and bacon breakfast bowl it s delicious and quick to throw together. I love how fast easy and yummy these recipes are.     EST keto recipe book EVER! I love the recipes. They’re easy, tasty, and “normal”. It’s your favorites but made differently. Plus every dish gives you the calculated macros! I’ve been looking for a macro driven keto cookbook for years and never found one until now. And the desserts...oh the desserts. These are better than anything I had non-keto. Even if I didn’t want to live a keto life, I’d still prefer these desserts to anything you could bake from a box or buy from a store. Snack options are EST keto recipe book EVER! I love the recipes. They’re easy, tasty, and “normal”. It’s your favorites but made differently. Plus every dish gives you the calculated macros! I’ve been looking for a macro driven keto cookbook for years and never found one until now. And the desserts...oh the desserts. These are better than anything I had non-keto. Even if I didn’t want to live a keto life, I’d still prefer these desserts to anything you could bake from a box or buy from a store. Snack options are phenomenal too. I love that there are crackers and dips in the mix and not just your typical “handful of nuts” or “bag of carrots”. This is a book I’ll reference daily forever...or until I memorize the recipes from making them so much.

    As someone who is keto/low carb and Italian...I really appreciated this book from Vinny Guadagnino. You can find a selection of great Italian recipes that are keto-friendly like baked chicken Caprese, Chicken rollatini with ricotta, prosciutto, and spinach. chicken cutlets, and tiramisu. YUM! But Vinny does share non-Italian inspired dishes that look delicious as well. The Keto Guido cookbook leans towards more of a dairy-free lifestyle so you won't see a ton of cheese or dairy products. Overall As someone who is keto/low carb and Italian...I really appreciated this book from Vinny Guadagnino.     I was a bit hesitant about taking advice on The Keto Diet from someone that was on Jersey Shore and is known for partying. However, I read it and was pleasantly surprised at how informative it is and the recipes are easy to follow and delicious! I highly recommend this one!
