    Another great cookbook If you are looking for a good cookbook for low carb recipes this book is ideal. It has loads that are quick and simple. At the beginning of the book there is loads of advice on actually starting the diet which is a good feature. I like the idea it has a section on sweet treats/desserts too

    One of the better diets! Replacing carbohydrates with healthy counterparts is brilliant. I've used many diets in my life, but this one is great. Very tasty and easy to prepare. Even my daughter loves dishes from this book. I do them often and I am very happy with the results. Healthy food doesn't mean boring and tasteless. This book shows it perfectly. I would highly recommend!

    Low carb diet Very good book, lots of recipes you can try out on low carb. But some of the ingredients are expensive like almond flour. But varieties of types of food to try and taste with less carbs. A good collection of recipes.
