    3.5 stars. There are about 25 of the 101 ways that I think are stellar: some things I've learned in therapy, read in other books, or some completely new. A quick read, so worth it! My favorite tip personally was the idea of "purposeful procrastination"---letting some things go and accepting incompleteness. The book continually stresses the connection between mental and physical health and that there is no "one button" to press, "one thing" you can do, or "quick fix" to be had, even about things 3.5 stars.
