I fell hard for Cade the moment I met up with those bedroom eyes of his, but it’s not my heart I’m interested in gifting him. Cade James is my best friend’s brother, well bred and well bed. To him I’m just another plaything, but I can’t blame him for that. I’m not much to look at, and there’s not a man on the planet that would be willing to make me his own. This was a cute romance that starts as a friends with benefits deal between Cassidy and Cade. There's a whole lot of drama and angst that kept me reading long into the night. I just had to find out how Cade and Cassidy get out of the holes they dug for themselves. Cassidy keeping Cade in the dark about who she is (his little sister's best friend/roommate) and hiding her relationship to Cade from Piper (Cade's sister and Cassidy's roommate) was wrong but I'm happy it didn't become the cliched confrontation scene between them. I loved Piper's reaction and even Cade's reaction, although shocked and confused by her omission, he doesn't blow up about it, so bonus points for him. Cade wasn't completely innocent either, his constant worry about not hurting Sammy's feelings, although sweet, annoyed me a few times. I wanted him to wash his hands of her completely and if that meant being mean and ignoring her, so be it. Instead he unwittingly causes the rift between him and the girl he actually wants. The adult communication that comes in the aftermath made up for both of their boo-boos. This was a satisfying read and I can see myself checking at the rest in the series. Its a freebie on the kindle right now! (5/4/2017) * * * Safety * * * Ages: both or in their early to mid 20's Neither are vigin OW drama: Cade's ex girlfriend creates a lot of drama. She wants to get back with him but Cade has no feelings for her. I wish he wasn't such a nice guy when it comes to her but at the same time, I liked that he wasn't an ass even though many wouldn't blame him if he had treated her more harshly. No long separation. Ends with a HEA

This by far one of my favorite romance book by Addison Moore! The more I read Addison's work the more I'm in love with the characters. They wrap an invisible cloak around your heart keeping you close to them long after the words bleed off the page. I'm not a romance fan, but Addison has changed that in me. Are they in love or are they just having fun? Will the country girl charm the city boy or vice Versa? The main characters of this book are hilariously funny, witty, and charming. The cluster of friends have a unique bond and explain the average lives and experience people endure. The story brings a true life experience out of it along with a love that's desirable in any eye. I would highly recommend this series and really any book that this author has ever written . She pulls her heart in soul into her writing. She's impeccable in her writing skills let me tell ya! This series each book can be read as a standalone. It's refreshing when you're pushed for time. I freaking loved this book! Five stars baby!!

Why did Cassidy stay friends with Cade's ex who lied and manipulated her to get back to Cade? She knew who she was the whole time! Anyway, Cassidy made a big deal out of nothing with the whole piper knowing situation. I mean really? Who cares, piper was happy about it. That was just so unnecessary. This book was a typical NA story with a very familiar theme that had been written time and time again, but despite it being a old theme this book was very entertaining, and I enjoyed it very much. There was nothing wrong with the same old time theme, and I like those themes behind it and enjoy them so much. It was what I like to read. I have no problem with the same old themes. It was all about the execution. And this one was executed very well. This love story revolved around Cade and Cassidy. There was nothing wrong with the same old time theme, and I like those themes behind it and enjoy them so much. It was what I like to read. I have no problem with the same old themes. It was all about the execution. And this one was executed very well. This love story revolved around Cade and Cassidy. Cade was Cassidy's roommate's older brother, and didn't want her roommate to know fearing that her friend would object being together so she kept it a secret from her friend. Plus Cassidy had her own issues with the deep scaring in the one side of her face, believing she would never capture Cade's eye permanently or his love so they go into the arrangement where they were each other's bed warmers until they found their intended. But for the moment they enjoyed the arrangement. It was hot and steamy with lots going on beneath the surface as they got closer and closer and falling more and more in love with each other. What I liked the most about their relationship was the fact that there was more than physical attraction between them. It was so much more. They had this deep bond and connection with one another. It was always more for them. They wanted to be each other. He wanted to get to know her and be with her just as did she. What was great that they just had these sparks between them from the beginning, but it was also about their love. I loved that. I enjoyed seeing them fall in love. I freaking adored Cade. He was an absolute sweetheart. He was a former playboy but he was tired of living that lifestyle and wanted to find his forever girl. Ever since he saw Cassidy, he knew there was something special about her and he wanted that in his life. Yes, he wanted her, but again it was more. I loved how he showed her so many different ways that he cared about her and that he wanted to know everything about her. To him, her scars didn't matter. They were apart of her, and he wanted to know what she suffered with those scars. And he wanted to genuinely know. It wasn't just about getting into her pants. He fell for her hook, line, and sinker and it was beautiful to watch. I never doubted his feelings for her. He was a good guy. The lovemaking scene as hot as they were felt more honest than any that I have read in the NA genre. They felt real and not forced or unbelievable. In fact, their first time that their passions were released showed how much he wanted her and couldn't hold back from her. He found his release while she didn't, and I know that sounds bad, but it just made me feel what they had together was honest. It was realistic. Sometimes love scenes as entertaining as they can't be are very unrealistic and almost too idealistic where the couple finds their pleasure together ever single time, and it's always so magical. From a readers point of view, it's good, but sometimes it feels a little too over the top and unbelievable. Where in this book it wasn't. Was the first time scene any less magical? No. Was any less satisfying? No, in fact it was more. I thought it was beautiful that Cade lost control first because it showed me what he felt was real for him. I would like to see that more in books where heroes loose control first because it says so much I think. Don't get me wrong Cade wasn't selfish at all and he more than made it up to her, but I liked just seeing his vulnerability in that moment. The rest of those moments were sexy and passionate and really showed off their emotional and physical bond that they had. Overall this being the first Addison Moore book I have read it was pretty good. I was totally into the story and would totally read it again. It just a book I would want to experience over and over again with some of my favorite themes that I really enjoy out of romance. It was fun yet intense. It was entertaining and emotional, pulling at the heart strings with very much lovable characters. I loved Cade and Cassidy together. They just real were meant to be, and I couldn't see them being with anyone else. I loved the secondary characters and the friendships there. It was just a good story. My one problem with the story was that I want to read the rest of the stories in the series, and I can't, but I really want to and see the other romances played out on the page. That's the problem when you select a free e-book that's part of the series, and then you want more. It's a good marketing tool, but it's sucks for a reader that's just getting into the series that just brushes the surface. But this was worth the read despite that, and again I would read it again. I'm glad I did read it.

Rating: 3.5 Stars I am a fan of this series, and now it has that important job of filling the void Abbi Glines left when Rosemary Beach and Sea Breeze ended. I never watched daytime soap operas, but I guess I would have loved them, because books like this are my guilty pleasure. I especially love to read books like this, after a heavy or sad book, or when the world is just getting to me. They are fairly light, a little over the top in that soapy way, and I know I will get my HEA. Country Kisses unites Cade, the rich boy from the city, with Cassidy, the sweet southern belle with a facial disfigurement. Cade had been burned by someone he thought he loved, and had sworn off meaningful relationships. Cassidy had lived most of her life scarred, and never quite "seen" by anyone. She thought true love was not a possibility for her. These two were great together. Moore did a great job unfolding that budding relationship. Taking it from one of convince to one of substance. I found myself sometimes frustrated with Cassidy, but I also empathized with her, and sort of understood why she did the things she did. It was fun to have all our previous couples so present in the story too. I am a HUGE fan of companion novels for this very reason. Getting to catch up with them, and to be able to peek what happened next is of the utmost importance for me, and Moore gave me so much, well, more than I expected. (thank you!) "I think I'm looking at my unicorn," I say the words unmistakable clear so she can hear them, know that I meant them for her. Overall: Fun, light, sweet, hot, with just the right amount of drama for me.

I have read two other books in this series #1 and #9 and all the name dropping in the later ones is quite confusing for someone who hasn't read all of them and it doesn't even make the current story any more interesting. It might be nice for the reader who has read all in a row but even the ones I have read before I don't recall after the time. So, this particular book is the worst of the three I have read so far. We have a girl with bad scars on her face but she is not at all fallen on her mouth or shy of talkig about/having sex with a stranger. Yes, she tries to avoid showing her scarred side but she must be aware that she can't hide it all the time and if she is so insecure why go there in the first place? Then we have (again) a boy who had his fair share of girls, and like in so many books he just does it because he hasn't found his "unicorn" yet. If a girl would sleep around we all know what she would be called. So, even after a few meetings she thinks he has seen her scars by now but they don't talk about it. To be fair, they don't seem to talk anything anyway. They both agreed to have it casual. Only the reader knows that both are head over heels. What bothers me most is that the story doesn't build the characters up but goes straight to the sex. Especially as she is so shy and marked and he is a womanizer, it seems total unrealistic for them to come together but with a bit of background and build up (and talking about themselves!) that would have been easier to understand. Nevertheless, Addison Moore manages to keep me hanging on to the book and it is a sweet romance.

Really good Usually YA romances are filled with catty, immature characters who are more aggravating than anything else. Addison takes a different, more refreshing approach in Country Kisses. There's a debatable crazy one in the bunch, but on whole these 18-20 somethings are all pretty mature and actually almost nicer and more understanding than is realistic. If you like YA romances with heat but not immaturity, this is an excellent choice. Cade deserved someone way better than Cassidy TBH. I had a hard time keeping up with Cassidy different personalities and I hated how she lied to both her best friend and the guy she was seeing. Way too much drama for my liking and I had so much trouble keeping track of who was who. Also, what Cassidy did at the party to Sammy was straight up wrong. Not my cup of tea, but if you like petty drama, sexy hook-ups, and lies, then this book is for you!

I enjoyed this book but I can honestly say I enjoy anything by Addison Moore. All her books are fast reads and they just suck you into the storyline (not that it is a bad thing). This particular story was about loving someone from the inside and outside even when the main character Cassidy thought she wasn’t worthy of love.

True Love Is Blind. This is the story of a girl whose face was disfigured at a young age and has had to deal with its consequences ever since. When meats someone who sees past the scars to her inner beauty her life seems to change but she resists it. I read this as part of 3 book set and would probably have enjoyed more as a stand alone.

So good! This novel had a lot of good moments, a lot of sweet moments, and a lot of amazing moments that just brought a warm smile to my face; however, there were the times were it would lull and I would think about placing it down in favor of another, but in the end I'm glad I stuck it out and finished it. My absolute favorite of the 3am series!! Cassidy is sexy, she's sassy and she has a way with words that had me giggling throughout. Cade is just dreamy and the way their relationship develops is beautiful! My absolute favorite of the 3am series!! It was a good book not my favorite by far but just ok for me. I never really fell for the characters so to speak. Cade was sweet and liked past Cassie's scars but all the lies or omissions of the truth drive me crazy. It was a good book not my favorite by far but just ok for me.
