Uncovered Truths was worth all my time! Kendra and Easton’s story is beautiful and slightly complicated but, drama free. There was some hot sex mixed with romance and self discovery along with a lot of LOL moments. Second chance love is one of my favorite romance tropes and Uncovered Truths did not disappoint.

    Chelé-----4 The Love of Books

This was a tasty age gap, forced proximity treat! I really enjoyed this well developed story, Kendra and Easton had killer chemistry and although Kendra is 6 years his senior sometimes she came off a bit more immature than him because of her hang ups! Uncovered Truths is fun, charming and sexy.

I loved everything about this book.

This is yet another first read by an author new to me. Uncovered Truths tells the story of of a divorced woman who has a recent history with a younger man that resurfaces after a trip to Target. Kendra has every intention of getting in an out of the store unnoticed, but that never seems to be the case. Especially when you are not looking your best. She runs into Easton while he is doing a little shopping for his new home and preparation for a Superbowl party with a few of his friends. He invites Kendra who is looking for a way to pleasantly decline the offer, until the mention of a certain food gets her to agree. (Food always gets me too. A snack is the difference between a firm no, and what time should I be there). A snow storm quickly changes the plans, causing Easton to cancel the plans with all of his friends coming over. He conveniently forgets to uninvited Kendra though. (Sneaky ass). I'm sure you know the rest. A snow storm outdoors vs a fire storm indoors. But these two...made wanna crawl through my Kindle and choke them both. Communications key. They both had it all figured out in their heads what the other person wanted or didn't want, and neither could be farther from the truth. All in all, I liked the story a lot. There was a lot packed in under 100 pages. The author did not leave you wondering...."well what the hell happens now?" I cannot wait to read the next story by Ms. Warren. Good stuff. ~Onyx

Novella perfection I am honestly not a fan of novellas, but I am a fan of Ms. Warren and she did not disappoint. Kendra was intelligent, fun, and competitive. Let me also say I love us, and I love books that celebrate our features and our culture. Definitely enjoyed this quick read.

“Uncovered Truths: A Novella” was the first book I’ve read by Alexandra Warren. Although it was a novella, the story was very well developed with just the right amount of background information. I definitely smiled throughout this second chance romance. I will definitely be checking out more from this author in the future. Now, I need to go look up the recipe for seven layer dip lol.

I adore Easton! Regardless of the absence of time since he'd last seen Kendra and the energy she was giving off that they were definitely over, Easton patiently pursued Kendra to get her back in his life. I enjoyed the low-key pursuit of them both and the assist from Mother Nature for them to come to a mutual understanding and destination. The love these two had for each other was super cute and heart felt. We all have truths we must uncover, but when you are Easton and Kendra, it makes it easier I adore Easton! I loved how they ran into each other in Target when Kendra was looking like a bum and trying not to be seen by anyone she knew. I liked how Easton's dip was the motivating factor to get Kendra to commit to hanging out. The snowball fight was so much fun to read about! I loved every moment of it! As well as the steamy intimate action. The unexpected ending So when Ms. Warren puts out some new heat you have to read it and she has yet to disappoint. This story was unexpected and eventful with two characters destined to make each other their forever. I enjoyed the banter and the pressure their love would not let them run from. Also, sexy young brothers out here making their way in the world and having manners are always a combination for success. Kendra and Easton sex appeal radiates off the pages. I know to Kendra he young, but he ain't that much younger than her, plus when he giving you the "D" you can't even tell. This story reminds me of what we are going through currently. With this quarantine vibe, you can really tell if the person you with is the person for you. Love this story. Kendra had some things to work out, but she got it together. Don't let this young man pass you by. You better get it Yassssss.. Awesome read. Thanks again A Let me tell you, give me a good ole' Easton any day! Loved this I loved how this was a novella but I still got a full story. Enough of the background throughout the story I didn’t feel like I missed anything. I didn’t wish it was longer, thought it was just right the way it was written. The journey of the characters and their love made me smile damn near the whole damn book. As usual AW delivers with the quick wit and character development that continues to show the talent she has!! Fan for Life!!!

Another wonderful book I enjoyed Kendra and Eastern story. Older woman younger man. Easton knows who he wants and he wants Kendra. Their relationship was a bit complicated at first. Kendra tried to do what she thought was best for the both of them. I was happy when Kendra finally realized Love Is Love. I hope everyone gets a chance to read this book It is well written and a nice story.

Easton was in love with Kendra before meeting and working with her. Kendra was a bit depressed due to her failed marriage and did not want to get into another relationship. Easton and Kendra bumped into one another at Target and he invited her to the Super Bowl party. Easton called everyone and cancelled due to the bed weather coming. He forgot to tell Kendra not to come. Easton and Kendra was stuck at this house because of the snow. Good love story.

Sexy short Kendra was scared to be with Easton because of his age and she was still getting over her divorce from Ben. She loved Ben but not in that way they were ships passing in the night. Easton been in love with her before she knew he was she was being a bit thirsty for his Johnson at the time but a very good way to end it though.

Another one! I really enjoyed this novella featuring Kendra and Easton. It showcased Alexandra at her most hilarious, steamy, chemistry-filled writing finest! And an honorable mention goes out to a certain name only cameo! No wonder I recognized Easton's place of employment! Very entertaining read! finished it in one sitting! Another one! Reunited Cute short read. How we gone be upset when we see somebody else going after that someone we know we want but are hesitant to claim? Although Eaton was younger than Kendra, I love his maturity and how he dealt with their situation. Loved the emotion I felt when they had the snowball fight; it brought back fun memories.

Kendra Was a Pain Overall the book was ok. A little slow for me sand I love Alexandra’s books! Kendra got on my nerves and was confused and childish acting. If I were Easton, I would not want to be bothered with her. But he loved her. He sounded delicious and a great guy. Sadly he was chasing a ball of confusion.

I loved this cute little read. Even though Kendra and her damn reservations about their involvement was annoying. I was glad that Easton was able to persuade her by just being himself and dishing out a little cold shoulder. It always the one that gets away that you will always yearn to get back. Definitely can’t wait to read more!

I was just so sure Kendra was going to blow it! LOL Kendra got on my last nerves majority of the story, I felt like she was playing with Easton’s emotions. He was making me upset because he kept falling into the trap 😫 I still feel like he shouldn’t have forgiven her as fast as he did. I enjoyed this story!

Funny, Sarcastic, and Sexy!!! I loved this novella! I absolutely love a romantic comedy, and this book is exactly that. This is the first book that I've read from this author, and now I'm hooked. I liked Easton... ... but I did not like Kendra. At first it wasn't clear why she was being so resistant (and honestly, rather bitchy) towards him, and when it was revealed, it was a little anticlimactic. And the best friend seemed kind of like a throw-in character, as she didn't seem to serve much purpose. Sweet ending, though. I liked Easton... ... but I did not like Kendra. Second Chances I thoroughly enjoyed Easton and Kendra's story. Timing and circumstances led to the end of their relationship the first time. Those same two forces bring them back together in this passionate love story. Second Chances I thoroughly enjoyed Easton and Kendra's story. The truth was definitely under the covers Second chance love is the best thing since sliced cake. A nice big slice at that. Kendra doubled back to get her man Easton in time to make him her Valentine. The story was a sweet treat for a V Day romance.

A good read I enjoyed Kendra and Easton's story and loved how it ended. It was a cute Valentine's story and I think it was pretty realistic. I definitely need a character visual for Easton tho because he sounds like he's fine. A good read I enjoyed Kendra and Easton's story and loved how it ended. Very quick and cute read. Kendra was funny But a tad aggravating and uptight...but no character should be perfect. Editing and book cover drew me in making this a great read. I need me an Easton.
