    I wouldn't say this is rocket science for experienced cooks. Throw some protein and vegetables on a sheet pan and cook it. Or breakfast with eggs and veggies etc. I think the novelty is the Keto diet so it's substituting those types of food products for that diet. I did like seeming the combination of foods.     The introduction to this book gives some insight about the author’s background how she came to follow the keto diet. She includes a few handy resources for people who are interested in researching more about it. She also explains that her recipes follow a standard of high protein and moderate fats, instead of a high fat standard. This book would probably be a good keto starting point for people who don’t have much cooking experience, and/or who think it’s overwhelming to cut sugar and grains. This book would probably be a good keto starting point for people who don’t have much cooking experience, and/or who think it’s overwhelming to cut sugar and grains. The author explains that it’s easier to adjust your focus to what you CAN eat rather than what you can’t. (I think this applies to any diet change!) The recipes included are simple, with simple ingredients that are easy to find, and seasonings are not overlooked but they are also simple. The author has a little blurb at the top of every recipe and they are very easy to follow. The photos included are very nice and are one full page. Without judging the recipes on flavor or technique, there are a couple things that bother me about this book. First is that each recipe does not have a photograph. I know it’s not necessary, but as a visual thinker I appreciate books that give me the image of an end result. The other thing that bothers me is you have to read every recipe in order to read all the keto tips. I understand their placement but they don’t speak directly to the recipe on the same page, so I think it would’ve been nice to have an appendix of tips or something where they are all accessible in one place. Plus, I caught a few grammar, spelling, and usage errors throughout. For lack of photographs, basic-level recipes, and some minor editing qualms, I give this a 3.5 rating. Once I cook through some of these I will have a better idea of if it leans more to a rating of 3 or 4.

    This book is awesome. While I'm not really following a keto diet, I'm trying to eat lower carb. A lot of Keto plans are super high fat - these dishes are healthy on pretty much any diet! They just happen to contain olive oil or healthy fats, and the vegetables are lower in carbs. The recipes are all pretty easy, generally family friendly and make a full meal. Some of them do take up to an hour or so to cook, but the assembly time is quick and they're great. There are especially a lot of good chi This book is awesome.     My dad wants to do the Keto diet but he refuses to read or follow recipes or do any good research so here I am putting in the work. I think there are a good many recipes that I would like to try in this book and so it is well worth taking a look. It didn't feel too out there like you would have to reinvent the wheel and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to almond flour so none of the recipes wI'll work for me. Not sure if there's an alternate to almond flour as one is not suggested.     Wow, I really liked this book. I've been on the Keto food plan for 14 months. My diet seems a bit monotonous so I'm reading Keto books for recipes and they need to be easy. This book is written by a single mom and you can tell. It is simple, easy, not a lot of waxing on about opinions or personal issues. I got this from the liberry and I think I'm going to buy it. Some of the other Keto books I've read are hard to follow and the format sucks beans. Some new and fresh veggies I've not heard a lot Wow, I really liked this book.     My favorite recipes from this book are the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake and the lemon bars!! You HAVE TO try them. Cookie dough cheesecake is 100% definitely the best dessert created on Earth, ever. Sarah Anne deserves many accolades 😜 I also really liked the stuffed peppers, the BLT pizza, Jamaican jerk chicken and turnips, ranch burgers and turnip fries, and cinnamon granola. So many good recipes in this book.     Easy keto meals I am always on the lookout for easy me to meals to make and this cookbook seems to be what I'm looking for. There are quite a few recipes I'm looking forward to try, the author also did a good job of explaining the keto diet for those who may be unfamiliar with keto and also adding in some tips.     Laba pavārgrāmata, jo man ļoti patīk receptes, kur nav pārāk daudz sastāvdaļu un kas būtu vienkārši un ātri pagatavojamas.
