In this book, you will find everything you need for the practice of meditation the way the oldest and greatest authorities, Buddha and Patanjali presented the matter leaving a legacy for humankind that left an indelible trace. An additional point would refer to the sense of purpose: why the man needs meditation in the first place, why it is so appealing to the spiritually In this book, you will find everything you need for the practice of meditation the way the oldest and greatest authorities, Buddha and Patanjali presented the matter leaving a legacy for humankind that left an indelible trace. An additional point would refer to the sense of purpose: why the man needs meditation in the first place, why it is so appealing to the spiritually mature people, and what its relationship with the soul is. Unlike other practices of meditation, that deal with the mind only (mantra), or with the body only (yoga), or with emotions only (bhakti), which often lead to discrepancies that have to be adjusted through various rituals and beliefs, the practice of meditation presented here, encompasses all of these dimensions of man in a harmonious unit. You will discover that a human being is composed of all the dimensions of nature, a human being is a microcosm, and therefore, meditation is complete only when man becomes aware of all the dimensions, and not only those of the body and mind. Such meditation is inherently complete and does not require any supportive means in the form of ideological and religious preconceptions. The purpose of meditation in this book relates to the meaning of man's existence and the consciousness of his soul, and to what we were before the birth in this body and what we will be after this life, down to disclosing the fact as to what we are in absolute terms. Meditation is the connection with the consciousness of the soul, and it is the divine consciousness within us, while beyond it is the consciousness that enables everything, the entire nature. In order to understand this connection of the mind and the divine consciousness of our soul, in this book, this spiritual sense of meditation is connected with the latest scientific discoveries of the essence of nature. You will learn how the consciousness of your soul is related to the quantum field and the physics of ether, which is the same physics that Nikola Tesla used in order to create the basics for all the modern technology. You will find out what the non-Hertzian frequencies, owing to which the physics of ether works, are, in what way they are related to our thoughts and the creative effect thoughts have on matter, consequently, you will be intrigued to learn that the special powers (siddhi) are actually the effect of the non Hertzian frequencies of quantum mind awareness on the physical, Hertzian frequencies. You will see all the evidence pointing to the fact that consciousness is not in the body, our body only uses the divine consciousness which is the essence of the nature itself. Our brain does not produce consciousness, it merely slows down the velocity of the current divine consciousness that enables everything to a slow enough phenomenon so that our reality, which is essentially divine consciousness, takes on the appearance of matter divided in space and time. You will find out that with the help of meditation you will be able to become aware of the higher dimensions through out-of-body experiences in your dreams, and the way these experiences relate to empathy, bringing emotional maturity that bonds us with unity and the divine consciousness here in reality. In short, this book makes the connection of the earliest spiritual knowledge with that of the latest scientific evidence; the accompanying manual on how to apply this wisdom on yourself and your everyday life, will enable the understanding of your sense of purpose through the realization of your sense of existence.

I've read this book in Serbian, but out of respect and love towards Ivan's work I want to write a review in English as well. This is a book about meditation, that describes the origin, mechanism and practice of meditation. All of this is done trough detailed explanation, which is void of all ideology and dogma, which is very, very rare. Simply said, this book contains nothing but the truth and gives you all the knowledge to start your own practice that will ensure your awakening from the sleep of ignorance. There are few things that compare to that. Ivan has written one of the most important books ever written and I'm glad to be blessed by his experience. If you want to experience enlightenment, God realization, Moksha, or however you call it, this book, with a couple other books from Ivan and authors he recommends will, with your massive effort, produce the desired result. I wish you luck on this hard journey, but it's the only journey worth the effort.

The author explains clearly why this is happening, why our soul is so drawn as if by a magnet to meditation. The essence is in the true nature of our soul. It draws us to it through meditation and through meditation we get closer to our soul, our true nature. The truth is so simple and beautiful. The author also exposes the great delusion regarding meditation and Buddhist teaching: that Buddhism denies the existence of the soul. This delusion is perfectly explained without any denial of Buddhist teaching with a better explanation of the very nature of our consciousness. Namely, that we find full consciousness from our soul, and our final awakening is the liberation of our soul. Only when the nature of our soul, which is connected to the nature of our consciousness, is properly understood, can the nature of liberation that Buddhism speaks of be properly understood. That is the great significance of this book.

Unique book on meditation The book attracted me through its reviews, which seem to span extremes - from the most very favorable to some very unfavorable. So I thought there must be something original in here! And I wasn't wrong. This is a truly unique book on meditation. It is difficult to read, but only because it goes into depth; it is in no way superficial, and nowhere does it allow readers to relax or slack off. It consistently goes in depth into the meaning of everything it talks about. It’s a creative effort that you need to make, and not something fun that someone else does for you. Here, on every page, I found the utmost creativity and effort in explaining everything in a thorough way, but without imposing the views of the author. The author only illuminates the content so that you can see it in a new light. It's not fun, but it's a really useful book.

True Purpose of Meditation Exemplified I recognized English is not Ivan’s native language and so overlooked the grammar issues. His writing style is repetitive enough (in a good way) so that where something is not stated clearly in one paragraph, it is clarified in another. It is obvious to me Ivan strives to be precise which I appreciate. For me, this is the best book I have read on meditation, and has been affirmative of the path to greater soul consciousness that I have so far attained. Thank you Ivan.
