    A vegan cookbook that keeps putting in suggestions for how to make food not vegan with eggs, meat or cheese. Keeps putting different specialty ingredients as replacements for egg. Also doesn't give good descriptions of most of the recipes. Mixes ingredients from one culture into another. Here's the kicker and why I ultimately decided to give it one star; it also has several recipes that are not high in protein at all.
