This was such a lovely series. Having it in four chunks made it a little bit harder to keep track of the story. Nevertheless I throughly enjoyed this story and will enjoy more of Bella Osbourne’s books in the future.

I have to say that this series is definitely one of my favourites so far this year and it will stay with me for a very long time. Always, actually. I will miss this jolly mix of characters, especially Regan, I just love her, she's such an endearing character: the way she acts, the things she says - all innocent, and the way she looks out for everyone, but cross her and she won't let things lie! And rightly so. I liked the new found friendships and the humour that's threaded through; mainly on Regan's part, but the thrill of wondering if justice will ever be done and I couldn't wait to find out the answer to the big question that I've been asking myself all throughout the series?! I enjoyed every moment of it, and whoever reads this is in for a real treat! This book is somewhere to escape to, to get lost in a different place with its very entertaining cast and a story that is full of fun and surprises and which is very well plotted. I was so swept away with it. It isn't without some sadness, (I did cry, but I laughed a lot more!) and this is what made the story even more believable. Life does have its highs and its lows. I would love to see a second series written. Maybe with one of Regan's friends as the main focus... I feel that Regan is too great of a character for us to say goodbye. If she played a small part to one of her friends, that would be better than nothing. No doubts about it, this book must be read, it is absolutely fantastic! Thank you very much to Avon Books UK via NetGalley, and to the lovely author.

Oh this ending to the series was everything I hoped it would be and more. Things start to tie up, relationships become stronger, there is drama and heartbreak but there are also some ‘aww’ moments and some more adventures for Regan to go on. Charlie has a bit of an up and down past and has an uncertain future and all that comes to the forefront in this installment. I also feel like we get a final step in the growth of lovely Regan in this book. She has finally found her stride and is now really settling into her life post lottery gate, she is where she needs to be and we finally get to see her heart come out. She really does care so much about others and it's great that she is able to show us how much in this episode! Drama, drama, drama though. Oh my goodness so much drama! Things are revealed, other things happen and then you’re gasping, crying, laughing and crying again. I won’t say anymore because there are no spoilers here but… all the feels and all the action for part 4 of Pebble Beach! Really recommend this series, or the book as a whole and its great escape to Brighton with Regan too!

We have finally got to Part 4 of the Pebble Beach series! As I have read the previous three parts of the story, I have been eagerly waiting to reach this final part to find out what happens! This last instalment in the series fills in all the blanks, ties up all the ends and tells us what happens to the lovely Regan. I couldn’t wait to see whether she gets her happy ending that I have been keeping my fingers crossed for all the way through the series. I won’t go into too much detail for this last book, as I really wouldn’t want to spoil the storyline if you haven’t read it yet. For such short books, the author certainly gets a lot of storylines packed into those pages and this final story was filled to the rafters of both happy and sad moments. We get to find out what happened to Regan’s dad (my gob was well and truly smacked with that one!), who was responsible for Kevin, what happens with Charlie and who will look after Elvis, along with the conclusions to some of the other characters’ stories. The beauty of this author’s writing is that the stories are so heart-warming and a true delight to read. Every new series is better than the last, and I have to say that I think Pebble Beach is probably my favourite series so far! The characters are likeable, genuine and you can really connect with them, the location is perfect with its seaside images and the storyline will have you hooked within the first few pages. I’ve loved every second of this series and would definitely recommend it!! *Just for information, if reading these books as four short novellas isn’t your thing then the full-sized book (with all four parts in one book) will be released at the end of May!

I’ve just finished part four of Bella Osborne’s latest novel, Meet Me At Pebble Beach. These four parts have taken us on a rollercoaster of emotions with another beautiful story. Thanks to Netgalley and Avon Books UK for the ARC in exchange of an honest review. Perfect ending to the perfect book. I really thought I was going to be crying a river at the end of this book but instead I was smiling. Every book was entirely too short but only because I wanted the story to be longer. I think I read this entire series of books in warp speed! I will definitely be looking for more of this authors books.

I was looking forward to joining Regan and co for the final instalment in this lighthearted, funny, very silly, feel good romance. There’s nothing wrong with a good dose of silliness to lift the spirits especially with all the seriousness going on in the world right now. There’s nothing wrong with a good dose of silliness to lift the spirits especially with all the seriousness going on in the world right now. I was expecting a few more surprises from our ever so slightly bonkers protagonist and I wasn’t disappointed in that sense. Continuing to grow her jam making business whilst having pretty much completed her original wish list of things to achieve, Regan decides that unicorn jam is just what is missing from the store cupboards of all us Brightonians!! UNICORN jam!!!!!! Well that did make me chuckle and although this city is known for its very alternative side, I for one wouldn’t be spreading that on my toast anytime soon!! Gold star though for creativity and invention. Super hot fireman Charlie is still very much in the picture with Regan temporarily moving in to ‘babysit’ him whilst colleague and flat mate Beanstalk is away, providing us with a necessary helping of romance to counterbalance the silliness. Can there ever be a happy ending for these two or will remaining ‘just good friends’ be the only option? They certainly make a lovely couple so watch this space. It is Regan’s doggedness and determination to bring to justice Kevin’s hit and run killer that takes centre stage, highlighting yet again her loyal and loving nature and perhaps adds a more serious tone to the proceedings. BUT don’t forget this is like living in fairy tale land where good will always triumph over evil so maybe the outcome is hugely predictable. With barmy flavoured jam, a couple of sweet baby hedgehogs and the hilarious discovery of her dad’s well hidden secret, Regan is aided and abetted throughout by the lovable Irish wolfhound Elvis, spreading love and kindness (as well as a touch of glitter!) like a modern day fairy godmother. The ending is hopeful and makes me wonder and hope there may be a sequel in the future. Fingers crossed, as although much of the narrative is cheesy and predictable I thoroughly enjoyed being part of Regan’s chaotic yet fun filled life. Her sunny disposition and positivity is contagious and her ongoing antics can’t fail to turn a frown upside down!! I would definitely recommend Meet Me at Pebble Beach in its entirety as a perfect antidote to all the gloom that threatens to engulf us and my thanks are extended to the publisher and Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read.

What other book contains a funeral, baby piglets, a mischievous dog named Elvis, a discovery of an unknown relative, an entrapment confession, a lottery bucket list, and a newfound love of life? I still am DYING for the author to contact me for an interview-it would make a great addition to the blog!! This author is so creative and entertaining, despite my summation, it really does tie all together and isn’t as obscure as it sounds! Baby piglets! COME ON! How cute would that be on the big screen??? These 4 mini books would make the best TV series! It would be way more than 4 episodes, but would be FANTASTIC! Regan has quite the life in this book, very adventurous! So much happens in this book! It begins with a bang, ends in a HOLY MOLY and then wow! I was not disappointed with this roller coaster of a book. It is funny that house rules are quickly adjusted. Elvis the dog eats not only the pizza box, but the pizza inside. Edible glitter!!! COME ON! I LOOOOVED this book so much! I cannot wait to find another book by this author.

Loved the book!!! I really enjoy reading this series. I can't believe the series is over. Loved reading about Charlie, Regan and Elvis. Almost forget all the hoglets. The squealing/shrieking noises that they make doesn't sound like something I want to listen to!! I was definitely right that Regan's father had something to confess. Although, it was not what I was expecting. I LOVE Elvis. His "activities" with he sheep skin rug had me laughing. Then there was the naked beach. Elvis saying "hello" to the man was priceless!!!! Eat it, shag it or pee on it was a very accurate description for Elvis. Regan finally perfected her jam skills. Honestly, she couldn't get any worse than she already was. Unicorn jam is brilliant. Glitter makes everything better. I ended up not being too surprised by the person who was behind the hit and run. Regan made the right choice when she dumped Jarvis. He was completely not supportive of her and mocked her market stall when she happened to run into him at the gym. Charlie was always the perfect person for Regan. Definitely recommend the book and the previous books in the series. In the end, Regan definitely won the lottery. Even though she didn't win any actual money, she ended up winning so much more. I'm so sad to say goodbye to Regan, Charlie and Elvis. It was fun reading about their adventures. I love reading the author's books and look forward o reading many more. I love the cover of this book. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Avon Books UK through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

I read this in March 2020, at the height of the COVID19 virus hitting the US. It is a time of stress and I was finding it difficult to read anything. This serial was a life saver to me. I was able to consume it in parts and escape the real world for a while and that is a sign of a tremendously talented author, that they can create a world that you can dive into and have a place to be refreshed. I want to thank Avon Book UK and NetGalley for giving me this much needed escape by reading the Advance Reader Copy. My review is my own opinion not influenced by receiving the ARC.

Seas the Day is the final instalment in what has been an absolute cracker of a series from Bella Osborne Meet Me at Pebble Beach. This has to be one of my favourite stories from this author and I loved every minute of it from start to finish. Seas the Day provided us with the perfect ending, it tied up all the lose ends, secrets were finally uncovered and answers were supplied to the many questions that had arisen over the course of the series. Part three ended on a cliffhanger and I have to say Seas the Day is the final instalment in what has been an absolute cracker of a series from Bella Osborne Meet Me at Pebble Beach. This has to be one of my favourite stories from this author and I loved every minute of it from start to finish. Seas the Day provided us with the perfect ending, it tied up all the lose ends, secrets were finally uncovered and answers were supplied to the many questions that had arisen over the course of the series. Part three ended on a cliffhanger and I have to say Bella Osborne has excelled at those jaw dropping moments quietly slipped in at the end of each part which make you sit up in shock and more than keen to return to find out what is actually going on and will the characters be able if at all find their happy ending? Bernice, manager of the market, has just received some earth shattering news and to be honest I never saw that connection coming but it showed the reader she has more of a softer side than she has shown in the past. That deep underneath her gruff behaviour and stern manner she does have a heart and what she has heard has deeply affected her. The news that Bernice receives certainly puts herself and our main character on the same page as Regan got answers to something that has been worrying away at her for some time. I think Regan got closure and resolution to this aspect of the story and she knows that the lively challenge that she has taken on was the right thing to do. She is aware that she is now doing more than just a favour for someone and she views things in a new light and perspective. Regan certainly has been through the mill since we first met her but I love that she has turned misfortune and a rotten joke into something positive and life changing in a good way. She really had reached rock bottom and in the beginning I saw no way in which she could turn things around without getting into a heap of trouble but through her wits, ingenuity and some new friends she is starting to make a success of her market stall selling unusual jams and chutneys. By ticking off things on her lottery wish list Regan had an aim and she didn't want to be know as a failure and the girl who believed she had won the lotto only to come crashing back down to earth with a bang when she realised what a cruel joke had been played on her. I still can't over that Alex, her former colleague, could have been so mean. Mentally I wouldn't have been able to cope with such a cruel joke being played on me. Regan's best friend Cleo has arrived back from her stint in Japan with a new found attitude. I was surprised that she wasn't too upset that Regan had been staying in her studio but I suppose she had other things on her mind. Honestly her storyline in the last part kind of came out of nowhere and not that I have anything wrong at all with the subject matter I just felt it was thrown in there with no warning and I thought it deserved a bit more attention. Given how short this last part was there wasn't room for this and I would have loved a little more in-depth exploration of it. That is the only very minor issue I have had with this series as a whole because really I have thoroughly enjoyed it and I could sense that the author really enjoyed writing it too and weaving all the little sub-plots together to make one great big fabulous story. I loved the super sleuth in Regan emerging and she really stepped up to the plate to find out things which had been bugging her for quite some time. I had had my suspicions regarding her Dad for quite some time and I was proven right to a certain extent. Her reaction to what she discovered was just so lovely and accepting and I am glad she showed no judgement or misunderstanding of the situation. But what I really wanted to know was how things would work out with fire-fighter Charlie given what a great friendship had developed. But there was a fine and delicate line to be walked and I could only see things going in one direction. As I got nearer to the end there was still no resolution and I thought is this going to be it haven given us so many cliffhangers and then just the most brilliant resolutions instead of things tapering off leaving the reader unsatisfied were we going to reach the end and I would be so frustrated? I think you'll have to read this wonderful book for yourself and see what I am talking about to decide whether the ending was perfect or not. I envy those readers you can read Meet Me at Pebble Beach all in one go as it is a real page turner but at the same I loved being left hanging and always wanting more. It's a great summer read that is perfect for these glorious sunny days that we are having.

Absolutely loved this book, I would say this is the best book I have read so far this year. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it, from the storyline to the characters to the way it was written. Lots of funny moments in it too. I just didn’t want the book to end. Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

This is the last episode of the serial. It ties up all of the loose ends nicely. It is a very emotional segment that I'll need to think about for a while. I know that I will be reading the series again, in its entirety soon. I am so glad to have the opportunity to read this amazing book. I received this ARC book for free from Net Galley and this is my honest review. This is the last episode of the serial. It ties up all of the loose ends nicely. Without giving anything away, this was a tense and worrying instalment of this truly amazing story. So many characters with unexpected conclusions. A must read, unputdownable book. Enjoy. The final part of this series. Some twists you are really not expecting, but hard to say too much more without spoilers! An enjoyable read I received an ARC of this book in exchange for a voluntary and honest review.

Fantastic conclusion to this book. A lot of unexpected things happen, certainly didn't see many of them coming. A mixture of genres in this book which makes it a little bit different. Many thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for an advanced copy of the final part to this perfect book. The final book is action packed and fast paced as it ties up all the loose ends from the other 3 parts and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. I went from starting the books as not really liking Charlie as I wasn’t sure I could trust him to actually wishing that he and Regan would get together. Lots of laughter, a few possible tears and full of great characters.
