A young relative of Professor Dyer is now curious about those trunks, not realizing that along with the seemingly harmless specimens, an ancient horror lurks, waiting to be unleashed.... "Yuletide Mementos" is a sequel to "At the Mountains of Madness," a science fiction-horror novella by H. P. Lovecraft (1890-1937). The novella tells of a doomed expedition to Antarctica and the grotesque alien monstrosities encountered by the explorers.
