(A review of Filthy Vandal by Liza Street) This book was SO GOOD! I've been a Liza-fan for a long time now, and this book was just another reminder of why I will forever read anything she writes; it was SUCH an awesome story. Honestly, I didn't even read the synopsis. I went into this totally blind because I knew that it would be good, no matter what it was about. And I was RIGHT. The book started off easy enough, lulling me into a calm as I met Grant and learned what his lot in life was. But then (A review of Filthy Vandal by Liza Street) This book was SO GOOD! The book started off easy enough, lulling me into a calm as I met Grant and learned what his lot in life was. But then BAM!!! I did NOT see the catalyst coming, and holy cow, was I shocked. I gave Liza a mental standing ovation for creating such a perfect setup for the rest of the story. From there, the action and twists (and love! Let's not forget the feels!) kept me glued to the pages, and I am DYING to read more in this series. Liza's books keep getting exponentially better and better, and a pack of delinquent shifters couldn't keep me away from reading the next one! (I was given this book in consideration of my honest thoughts)

Another anthology. This time it’s a collection of 17 shifter stories. I like the cover, especially the little dragon. Some of these names I recognise as reverse harem authors so let’s hope so. 1. Spring cleaning by Margo Bond Collins and Blaire Edens. I hated it. I liked the plot with the family curse thing. Blaize was okay but I couldn’t stand MaddieAnne. The classic TSTL character that usually has a fed up body guard. Dual POV. Nothing wrong with the writing style but it was painful. 2 stars. 2. Another anthology. The classic TSTL character that usually has a fed up body guard. Dual POV. Nothing wrong with the writing style but it was painful. 2 stars. 2. Captured by the dragon by May Dawson. This one is an offshoot of Their shifter academy with Penn’s sister Mel. Quite a bit of character growth since Mel comes across as a spoiled brat. M/F dual POV and the twist already in the title. It was alright. I liked Kingston’s patience. 3 stars. 3. A tiger’s claim by Lia Davis. Was a bit worried about this one since there’s a spelling mistake in the title and it says book 2. On closer look it’s a book that’s already been out since 2013. Does need an edit but I enjoyed it and will be looking into the series. M/F shifter mates, pack support and mutant wolves. 4 stars. 4. Filthy Vandal by Liza Street. A junkyard shifters prequel. I liked it. Pretty much shifter prison M/F. A warded junkyard holding pen for shifters alphas can’t deal with. The couple was cute. Favourite character was Carter. 4 stars. 5. Cursed heart by Helen Scott. Yes! We have RH. It was alright. Fast paced. Multiple POV. A kitsune escaping captivity, three wolf mates and sex. Not a lot of common sense going around. 3 stars. 6. The silverlight heir by Emma Cole. Another prequel. This one pissed me off. Rapey, captivity and a shitty alpha. I liked the writing but I think the main story will be too confined for me. 3 stars. 7. Echoes of darkness by Raine English. Prequel. A nasty step mother, absent father, mermaids and a curse. I really liked it. Good start although pretty much an intro. 4.5 stars. 8. The betrayal of wolves by K.B Everly and Crystal Ash. RH. Prequel. Wolves, jealousy and death. I liked it. Really strong start. Lack of common sense all around. 4.5 stars. 9. Origins by Jen Ponce. Possible RH. A null with growing powers, possessive fae, three shifters and an ex. Story was interesting, characters look like fun, so will be nice to see what happens next. Fingers crossed it’s not captivity. 5 stars. 10. Once upon a wolf by Keira Blackwood. Prequel. A slightly delusional woman and the boy next door. It was kind of embarrassing to read, probably the most awkward kind of love letter ever. I’ll give the dragon story a go. 4 stars. 11. Wolf’s Bane, Bear’s Bond by Niobe Marsh. I’d read the rest. A cranky bear shifter tattooist and a cheating wolf shifter’s run away mate. These two are gonna be complicated. 4 stars. 12. Last dragons by Kyrii Rayne. I liked it. Start made me rage a bit so trigger warnings there for abuse, death and rape threats. After that it was sweet. The timings felt a bit off, so much going on but it was good. 4 stars. 13. Midnight magic by Leigh Kelsey. RH cat shifters. Not quite insta love but insta mates. A lot of sex and pretty fast paced. 3.5 stars. 14. PET by Sapphire Winters. It feels like it tries to go hard with the bdsm but it just came across as sweet. Didn’t like Ben. Cute couple. 4 stars. 15. Early admission by Ivy Hearne. Doesn’t give much away. I liked the characters and the intro. It made it feel like Kitty was the special one but the main story focuses on Kacie, so will be interesting. 4 stars. 16. Between worlds by Amanda Sievert. I liked it but it felt pretty fast and the plot was pretty out there. I liked the guys, they were all sweet. Would be interesting to see where this one goes. 3.5 stars. 17. Orion over Atlantis by Dana Lyons. a choice between love and power, prophecies and evil uncles. I liked it, it was short and sweet. 4 stars.

Some stories may not quite live up to the strength of the others, but taken as a whole, this is a wonderful book I highly recommend. Lions, tigers, bears..... and Dragons... Oh my.

A review for Captured by the Dragon May Dawson has been able to create a vivid and exciting tale in such a short space of time! I loved how she used a character that was introduced from a previous book and was given her own tale in this story. I love Kingston and his character/personality is absolutely perfect! The interactions were flawless and they had great chemistry from the start. Mel is a fantastic feisty female that doesn’t back down. Fantastic read and would definitely recommend.

I love these two authors separate, but together they are going to do great things. Loved this wolf romance that gives you everything from happiness, tickles your funny bone, and even has sadness in just this short glimpse a new series. I cannot wait to read more!!

My review is for midnight Magic by leigh Kelsey. I quite enjoyed this story. Rani was a loveable character. I actually like the insta love with the brothers her mates... Tom, Eri & Nigh. I'm not usually a fan of insta love but this seemed quite with this story. There was a lot packed into a short story and I would love to find out where it goes. I really liked Rani and i felt for her when she was shunned but it made her grow in confidence through the book. Three hot guys helped a bit too, lol. Loved their relationship. A good read The Silverlight Heir-Darkfyre by Emma Cole *Spoiler Alert* Stella's (FMC) life in this book isnt a good one. An alpha (her father) has no interest in anyone including her but himself, his mate is a cow and everyone has a problem with her. She is special though being the Silverlight Heir means she has power that attracts both Alphas and Vampires alike. Which brings with that its own complications. Its a great start. I liked it a lot. So im dying to read the full book now Captured by the Dragon by May Dawson A Short, Sexy Novella about Mel (FMC) a wolf shifter and the hot guy Kingston that she meets in a club. Then the way their relationship progresses when something gets stolen and how that affects both of them. Loved the banter between these two characters. A steamy read

I read two stories in this collection and loved each for different reasons. I can't wait to read it all and be introduced to new authors! The Silverlight Heir by Emma Cole This was such an amazing novella and prequel. The way that Emma Cole set up the story and put so much into the backstory was wonderful. Although this was a short read, it had so much information packed into it making it very easy to connect with the characters and their suffering. I'm definitely excited for more of this series and to see how Stella's fate makes out. I feel like it will be a sad one, similar to her mother's, but sometimes you have to get past the sadness to finally experience happiness. Midnight Magic by Leigh Kelsey Midnight Magic was such an intriguing read. I adored that Leigh Kelsey made her main character not the run of the mill type of girl. Rani was an outcast, an overweight nerd who was often made fun of. Her coming of age ceremony that should have been a happy experience and life changing event for her turns into a complete upheaval of her life. But life surprises us in ways we can't explain. It takes this change in her life for her to truly be accepted. I can't wait to read more in this series and see how Rani and her guys handle their new connection as well as Rani's magic. I'm hoping that they are able to prove to the cat shifter community that dark magic isn't all bad if it's in the right hands.

She was human. She didn't know about shifters and other magical beings. She was going to learn fast. Grant felt a pull and knew he had to protect her no matter the cost to him personally. Was it more than just the right thing to do? Was she more than an innocent woman caught in a bad situation? A short story with all the goodness of a full-length book: A couple with plenty of steam, action, good guy (sort of) and bad guys, action and a HEA.

I love anthologies; to be able to read short stories related to the authors’ other series, to give little added insights or share an additional thread to a storyline. It is also exciting to be able to sample other authors writing and possibly pick up new authors to read. I have not yet read this entire anthology, but I soon will. However, I did read May Dawson’s contribution of Captured by the Dragon. In Captured by the Dragon, we get Melanie and Kingston’s story. Melanie is a college student and I love anthologies; to be able to read short stories related to the authors’ other series, to give little added insights or share an additional thread to a storyline. Melanie is a college student and also the sister of the current Alpha of their pack. She and her friends want to blow off some steam and do something fun and exciting so off they go to a club called Bliss. Ready for a night of dancing and fun, Melanie is not prepared for her run-in with the club owner, Kingston Luck. There is not a lot of drama or character development in the story; it is more of an introduction to them meeting and how they fall in love. It is a charming quick read full of sass, wit, laughs, and romance. Enjoyable read!

I read the Filthy Vandal Story in this Anthology. Who are Caitlyn and Grant? What are each of them? What do they each do for a living? Who are Carter and Mathers? Why do we meet them? What happens when we do and what do we learn? What do we learn about the other Junkyard Shifters? Who is Maddie and what do we learn about her or from her? What is the 'boundary'? Read and see! So far the stories in this “Bound to Change” set, seem to be short introductory bites for each authors’ series but still a great price for an anthology! I’ve just finished “Filthy Vandal“ which is the first book I’ve ever read by Liza Street, but it won’t be the last & I’ve already bought her book #2 :D It took me a while to get into it, but then Grant meets Caitlyn and well... ;) lol then I was hooked :D ... I never write spoilers, but yes, I do recommend this to Adult fans of fiction. I’m here reviewing Leigh Kelsey’s Midnight Magic as I received an arc. I thought the story was really good and I really like that the FMC was a bbw. It was nice to see that even though Rani doesn’t see herself as attractive, her mates do. I also like the fact that her family wants to stand by her rather than cast her out for having a different type of magic. I also liked things plot wise with Dark Star, and all the ensuing chaos that comes from it.

My review is only for Liza Street Filthy Vandal. This was a very enjoyable and entertaining read with plenty of intrigue, twist and turn, action, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end the. Overall a great read read and a great start for a new series look forward to seeing what else is in store for this book. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received and the opinions I have expressed are my own.

Midnight magic by Leigh Kelsey Wow, what a start to a new series. The cat shifters are an interesting set of characters. The plot was explosive and I wanted more as soon as I finished this book! Betrayal of wolves by K. B. Everly and Crystal Ash Wow! This wolf romance had everything. The steam, the laughs and happiness and the tragedy! It's a sneak peak into a new series by these two amazing authors. I devoured this novella and I want more!

What a great Anthology This Anthology was great. I love a good shifter story and these stories did not disappoint. I look forward to more when some of these become full fledge stories and will be finished. I have always been a fan of Crystal Ash's and her Anthology was no different. She shows us why she's a great author and even though hers is a co-write it flows so smoothly and kept me in the edge of my seat. I look forward to more from all the authors in here.

Its a prequel and a dark one so beware of possible triggers. Its soooo good I can't wait until the book comes out! The book is about the FMC's mother and how she, the FMC, came to be and the mothers life. Its a dark and twisted tale but one you don't want to miss! Emma Cole doesn't disappoint and leaves us on a cliffhanger like no other! I anxiously await the book coming out!

This review is for the story "The betrayal of wolves" by Crystal Ash and K.B. Everly: I found the story by Crystal Ash and K.B. Everly heartbreakingly beautiful. This is a prequel to the start of their series and I look forward to seeing how the situation is resolved through the next book. Although my heart already hurts for these characters, I have high hope that they will get their happily-ever-after...or at least some form of happiness.

I read Captured by the Dragon by May Dawson which is part of this anthology. I thought it was such a sweet story. Although it was different than the other stories the author has written in this story universe I absolutely loved it. I really hope that we get to see more of Mel and Kingston in the future. They are so sweet and caring. Fingers crossed she gets her own spin off like Piper and Maddie.

There is a shifter novel for all tastes in this anthology - Margo Bond Collins with urban fantasy, Liza Street with prison romance, Lia Davis with small town romance, Helen Scott with reverse harem, May Dawson with college romance, Raine English with high school romance, Dana Lyons with epic fantasy, etc. I was so fascinated by the various facets of shifter romance that I could not put this volume down, even at work. I hope that my boss didn't notice my lack of productivity today.

Grant the jailer runs into a bit of a problem with a new inmate. Then fate throws him a bone. Amazing stories I was given an arc of Emma Cole's story and I loved how strong her fmc was despite how hard her life was. So much information was packed in this prequel, but it was so easy to understand. Emma never disappoints and I'm definitely reading the rest of this series as it comes out!
