    Interesting yet confusing read I learned about the vagus nerve: what it is and does and where it is. The book jumps around a lot making it confusing to me but then again I was not out for too much information. It did teach me how to calm anxiety by stimulating the vagus nerve. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to calm their anxieties of home healers.
