A Bit of Excitement This book has a bit more action and detectiveyness (is that a word? Well it is now!) than usual. We got to see how the girls have settled in and how things have been going. And the shenanigans Fin has been up to. This time with Luce and Buttons right behind her and getting in on the action. Another great book for the Unleashed series.

Great! I loved Unleashed: Case of the Shepherd’s Pie. I love Finn and Jane and family. But it was too short. More! We want more Finn, Jane and dogs.

I love this series. Another adventure where Fin is in need of being saved from a dangerous situation resulting from a dog rescue. These books are quick reads filled with chaos and love......and dogs. Start with the first book, you’ll enjoy it!

Adorable dog walker Finnegan McLeary-May and her wife, kick-ass detective Jane McLeary-May are settling back in New York and learning to be a family after adopting daughters Luce and Brianne from Ireland. When she rescues a starving dog from a seemingly abandoned building, she ends up in a meth lab, kidnapped by drug dealers. Can Jane find her in time to save her? When she rescues a starving dog from a seemingly abandoned building, she ends up in a meth lab, kidnapped by drug dealers. Can Jane find her in time to save her? (Hint: Of course she does, it's that kind of book). I love the world of Finn, Jane, and their friends and family. While I though the last book was a little uneven, with this one Schubach is back in fine form with a book that manages to include enough suspense to make it interesting, but not overwhelming the series's focus on love and family. (And I'm not just saying that because I know he's read some of my previous reviews). I've helped with dog rescue for years, and no one I know has gotten into as much trouble rescuing dogs as Finnegan has. At this point, when she sees a lone dog that might need help, she needs to take a seat and call Jane (or anyone else who can help her get out of trouble), because they all should know that Finn helping a dog is going to end up with her in danger. Maybe she can get a "going to rescue a dog, please come and save me" button for her phone -- one that sends a message to everyone she knows, just in case.

What a brain and she for detail this author has all the facts that come out of the mouths of the main characters are stunning. Wow, can't believe I'm almost to where I started, which was the latest edition of this series (10th Book) and I'm hyping myself up to where I started. In this one, I loved that Fin's adventures are now a family affair and loved every moment of this latest adventure picturing Bubbles and Luce over the perp! I will say that I have conflicting emotions, I sometimes think these books are short but then at times am thankful that they are, otherwise I don't know how else I can get through them to fina Wow, can't believe I'm almost to where I started, which was the latest edition of this series (10th Book) and I'm hyping myself up to where I started. Can't wait to see this next one, mostly because its the last one before I get to where I started.

Great Story! This book picked up from the previous regarding adoption, family and love. So fun to add a mini Finnigan. This time Finnigan gets in trouble Jane gets a little help from Luce. I could not finish this story fast enough! There was quite a bit of tension as Finn is in probably the most dangerous situation yet. Cute, funny and quite a bit of action as we get to see more of Finn's mini-me... I hope this book as well as the last come out on Audible soon and I hope there is more to come with this quirky family. Second reading via Audible. I miss Clare's reading of the story but but Connie Shabshab does an admirable job. I could not finish this story fast enough! It was nice and easy read but I can't say that I was surprised that Finn got in trouble while trying to help a dog in need. I mean this happens every single time in this series and if the author wants more then 3 stars from me, he should improve the plot or kill me with cuteness.
