I've previously read these as individual books and think it's great that they're together as a Christmas set. MISTLETOE MATCH--4.5 stars. I've read all the books in the No Match for Love series and this is one of my favorites. I felt for Michelle when she accidentally went into the men's room because I did that once at a Walmart. I wasn't tipsy from champagne like her, but it wasn't my regular Walmart and I didn't notice the bathrooms were flipped opposite of "my" Walmart. At least I got out of there without running into any guys coming to use the facilities, unlike poor Michelle. Back to my review--So Michelle and Austin aka "bathroom guy" go for a walk in the garden at the hotel where each of their respective Christmas parties are taking place. They end up standing under some mistletoe and "to avoid bad luck" they kiss. It's all uphill from an amazing kiss. Michelle hasn't had the best of luck with men and Austin was married for 16 years when his wife (Victoria) left him and their 3 kids for her personal trainer. Austin recently accepted a job as a marketing director for a pharmaceutical company which required a move to California, so in addition to dealing with their parents' recent divorce (and their mother's lack of interest in them) the kids also had to adjust to a major move and new schools. I really felt for these kids and loved how Michelle interacted with them. Michelle is a teacher who's a vegan and also a member of Their Only Voice, an animal rights group who just happens to be targeting the pharmaceutical company where Austin is employed. Back at school following the Christmas party she gets a new student--Sydney, Austin's 7 yr. daughter!! Can Michelle's life get any more complicated? Both of the main characters are very likable. Michelle is great with kids and loves animals. She rescued her dog when she was just a puppy, made blind by cosmetic testing. Austin is a great dad and a good guy who doesn't speak ill of his ex-wife in front of his children (even though she totally deserves it) who follows his gut and put his job on the line when things didn't seem to add up at work. Both Michelle and Austin jumped to conclusions about the other based on each of their previous failed relationships, but then decided to talk it out, and admit to it instead of throwing a possibly great relationship out the window. The Their Only Voice people got on my nerves. They were all over Michelle for the picture of her kissing Austin when she didn't even know who he was at the time, and expected her to risk her job when she had to accept the donation from Austin at the school assembly, but didn't bother to call or check on her when Bella was hit by a car and she had to make the painful decision to let her go. Meanwhile Austin sent her flowers and went to the shelter to find her another dog because he knew how upset she was. MATCH ME BY CHRISTMAS--5 stars. Natalie James is about to graduate from journalism school and her dream job is to work for World Traveler magazine jetting around the globe, taking in beautiful sights and writing about them. She's on an eight day Christmas-time cruise to get an insider's look at Toujour's first ever singles cruise. If Dana from World Traveler magazine likes the article, Natalie's dream job could become a reality. Shawn Reynolds' dream was to be a Navy SEAL, but a car accident severely injured his leg and ended that dream. He's spent the last 10 years working on a cruise ship seeing the world, and has worked his way up to VIP Coordinator, but he's ready get put down roots and open his own travel agency, which he can do with the bonus he'll receive if Toujour's singles cruise goes well. Natalie and Shawn's first meeting is certainly unforgettable and one that would certainly be told to future generations. They have an immediate attraction to one another but Natalie has several issues. One is she's skeptical of being able to fall for someone in only a week, and the other is she's tired of being used by guys who only want to date her to get close to her brother Wyatt, who plays for the Los Angeles Coyotes football team. Can Shawn break through Natalie's defenses and if he does will they be able to work out their differences? This is another winner in the series. Natalie and Shawn both have insecurities to work through. It was fun to read about the games Toujour planned for their clients, and I loved reading about the places Natalie and Shawn visited when the cruise ship docked.

If you enjoy matchmaking books and Christmas time, here's a fun box set for you. I really have enjoyed this series. Overall rating 4.5* ~Match Me by Christmas~ 5* ~ Yay, a No Match for Love Christmas book. I love Christmas reads and I'm glad to say that it's officially time for you all to dust off your favorite Christmas books, or grab shiny new ones and enjoy. Let them take you away into the beauty of this time of year, with all the giving, friendshiping and all the love. I've read a handful already and I'm looking forward to more. This one is set on a cruise in a warm climate so it didn't quite feel like Christmas but there were plenty of great gems throughout that attested to the fact of the Christmas season. With the weather turning colder and snow recently appearing on the mountains, I wouldn't be opposed to having some sunny and warm (not hot) weather to enjoy. Natalie is trying to land a job, her dream job, full of travel, fun and writing. She gets the opportunity due to her connections. Her famous football playing brother connections of course. Wyatt was a previous Toujour client and works for Brooke's(matchmaker extraordinaire for Toujour) hubby Luke who happens to own the football team. So Wyatt pulls some strings and Natalie finds herself immersed in a Toujour experience...on a Christmas cruise. I loved her personality. She was fun and witty and just a bit skeptical of these Toujour clients finding love in just 8 short days. Nope, not possible at all! She's a skeptic throughout the book, even seeing these matches start to happen and herself starting to be a moth to a flame towards Shawn. You guys, this book was so stinking fun! I loved Shawn and Natalie. Two great characters who have flaws, past hurts and dreams for their future that they're working towards. The chemistry between them was sizzling. How could the two greatest people on that cruise not find each other and fall for the other? Serendipitous of course! ;-) I'm not going to say much else because I don't want to give anything away. But I will say that I've loved this series and have loved watching different characters from earlier in the series get their own story for us readers to enjoy! Lindzee Armstrong, keep 'em comin'!!!!!! Content: Clean. Some sweet and swoony kisses but nothing further. Shawn is a perfect and amazing gentleman. ~Mistletoe Match~ 4* ~ Another great read in the No Match for Love series. Michelle is our main female character and was actually in a previous book in this series. Michelle used the Toujour matchmaking services in an earlier book and was matched up with Luke. She had one date with him, that frankly, was a bit of a disaster. I really didn't care for her in that book. But my opinions have been changed after reading her story. She's a little strong willed and opinionated, especially in the previous book. But Mistletoe Match explains it all as we really get to see more of Michelle's life and her thoughts and reasoning. This book is definitely about perception. What do we see and how do we assimilate the information given. Especially when it is just what we see and think but not all the facts are available. A lot of problems can be solved if we didn't jump to instant conclusions from our perceptions. I think that pretty much sums up this book (and many other books too). Two great characters, they meet, have a falling out and then are placed in many circumstances that they must work together amicably. The angst and tension was well written and placed at great points throughout the story. I will say that my favorite part was quite possibly the first meeting between Michelle and Austin. Loved it!!!! Michelle is not quite herself, she's trying to be daring and after running into this handsome stranger she decides to throw caution to the wind and really talk to him. Austin is amazed at the beautiful woman and the instant sparks. When they find themselves under the mistletoe he hesitates, but only for a split second. Yep, sparks fly and then reality comes crashing down! There were several great scenes between these two. I really liked both characters and the way they put aside their personal opinions to help each other. A real and lasting love is worth the sacrifices and Michelle and Austin have to decide what sacrifices they are willing to make. Especially when their personal beliefs and opinions, or work are at complete opposites of each other. If I were ranking them, this one would be my third favorite in the series. Really fun. And one I'd recommend for a fun Christmas read, or really anytime read! Cute family, cute dog, some crazy moments, and some sweet and swoony moments. It's almost mistletoe season everyone!!! Content: Clean. A few kisses but nothing further. Happy Reading!!!

In Match Me By Christmas, College student Natalie James was tired of men only wanted to be with her because of her famous football brother Wyatt. She gets a chance to write an article for a travel magazine that if they like it would offer her the job she’s always wanted to travel the world and write about it. Shawn Erickson has been traveling the world working for a cruise line for ten years after an injury from a car accident caused him to lose his dreams of joining the Navy Seals. He wants to settle down and live in one place. There is an instant attraction between them. But Sean wonders if he’s too old, too injured, and in a different place in life than Natalie. Natalie needs to get past thinking that all men want to be with her because of her brother and she has to decide what she really wants in life. Sean has to accept that he’s good enough for her. There were plenty of funny, sweet, and romantic moments in this book. Sean was sweet with his Secret Santa gifts and bringing presents to the children at the orphanage. I loved catching up with the characters from the previous books. The actor Jase Larson was a riot and I was happy he was given his own romance in another book.

I have enjoyed all the books in the No Match for Love series. I like that the characters repeat in the various stories. Mistletoe Match is a clean romance. Two very different people are immediately attracted to each other, but since she is an activist and he is a corporate spokesperson, there are issues that keep driving them apart. Match Me By Christmas is another sweet romance from Lindzee Armstrong. Shawn is the cruise line's VIP coordinator for the first ever Tourjours single cruise. He is ready to leave ship life, settle down and start a family. What will they do about their attraction? This set contains two delightful, clean Christmas romances that should be enjoyed by anyone who likes Christmas stories.
