Totally Epic. I loved every minute of it. I don’t even know what to say. I loved this book and hated it in a way. The first chapter was a foreshadowing of things to come so it was almost like watching the titanic. I knew what was coming and everything building up to that point was pulling me in and making me feel but I just couldn’t turn away because it was so good. I don’t even know what to say. I loved this book and hated it in a way. The first chapter was a foreshadowing of things to come so it was almost like watching the titanic. I knew what was coming and everything building up to that point was pulling me in and making me feel but I just couldn’t turn away because it was so good. The story is about Mia who gets sent by her father and Stepmother to an institution in England called Dolor. The place is a cross between a mental health center where people get therapy and a college where they take classes and get credits, but if they fail or get in trouble they will end up in prison or a mental institution. This is like a last stop. But they are also locked in at night and have rules and some of them are on medications. If they act out they can get sent to solitary confinement or to the mental institution next door. Mia is there because she believes she is a sociopath, she is unable to feel any emotions or empathy. She meets Ollie who is different from anyone she has ever met before because he makes her feel things. The story not only details the romance between the two, but her recovery, his mental illness, and several other characters that they hang out with. This reminded me of several other books and movies that take place in hospitals and mental institutions or even at boarding schools in some ways. Like the fact that their group sneaks out of their locked rooms at night to hang out. The romance between the characters just gives you all the feels because of the fact that Ollie and Mia both have issues with their emotions. They are afraid of emotions in different ways and afraid of being hurt and hurting each other and of being left alone. The character development is great, even supporting characters, the writing is spectacular, the plot is original and nothing was predictable. Of course the book ended with a cliffhanger and I can’t say I am too upset about it, because I was crying and afraid it was just going to end that sadly. So at least I have hope. I just really hope Nicole Fiorina is a fast writer, because I really need to find out how it all ends up. I loved it and recommend it to everyone. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Blog|Goodreads|Facebook|Amazon|Twitter|BookBub

4.5 I kept going back and forth with my rating, but when it was all said and done, there are a few things that really stood out to me that helped me make my decision. 1. This is something somewhat different from anything I've personally read in romance up to this point. I don't get to say that often. 2. The hero is a totally different kind of hero than what I normally go for, but I adore him anyway. 3. The author took some risk with this being her first book, and I always love that. Overall, a surprising debut! I look forward to reading the continuation of this series and whatever else the author has in store for us in the future.

Who would have thought you would be the one to take a step into oblivion?" but then it started to become slow for the first few chapters UNTIL we meet Ollie and his friends, and then it was all drama galore from there and i was H-O-O-K-E-D. im not gonna say anything bout the story because it’s better to read it but just know that boarding school + crazy characters = GREATNESS. there is insta love here and i really don't like this trope at all because i prefer a realistic progression but i actually find it very endearing here. and don't get me wrong, there's definitely progression but insta love is still present, especially in the H's side. this is definitely more character-driven than action/adventure type of book so if you like that, i definitely recommend this. Mia (h): im gonna be real here, she annoyed me in the beginning. her pushing away from the H was frustrating as hell, especially when she did things to deliberately hurt him (sleeping with two OM, and kissing OM in front of H after they've already met and kissed.) i feel this way because Ollie was the sweetest, most innocent boy out there and he would say all these swoony things that would just make me melt, and the h wasn't that likeable so far, sooo i was kinda biased. listen, i really dislike when either h or H is intimate with OW/OM after having strong feelings for their love interest or that they were already intimate with them, especially when this is not a second chance romance and there are no time jumps. im selfish like that ok? how can i believe they really love their love interest if they're intimate with another person when the love of their life is literally RIGHT THERE? yes, yes i know this is fiction and this happens in real life and nothing is all sweet and perfect but still! a girl can dream... and the fact that these OM sex scenes are shown and not told? yeah... not my cuppa. so, i didn't really like her in the beginning because i was biased towards Ollie. but then, her walls started to crumble and her character development? fucking AMAZING. Game of Thrones writers should learn a thing or two from the author. she went from someone that annoyed me to someone i admired. we get to discover wtf happened to her and why she is the way she is and it was heartbreaking af. and when she finally opened up to Ollie? MY HEART COULDN’T TAKE THE CUTENESS !!! when they were finally together, i was like OM who?? and that plot twist towards THAT certain OM? i was actually shook. i did not see that coming AT ALL. anyways, i just wanted to punch those two OM because they were just assholes, who clearly have no idea what consent means. fuck them. Ollie (H): this boy is just too cute and swoony for words, so imma leave it at that. BUT imma tell y'all that he calls Mia, "my love" AND he read The Notebook to her while he cuddled her! if that doesn't make you swoon and fall in love with him right then and there idk what can phase you. we all need the love of our lives to read to us, lets be real here. ”I'm not going to save you, Mia I don't want to be the one. I'm going to show you how to save yourself." the whole setting of this book reminded me of hogwarts and vampire academy. is it because they're in a boarding school? yes, definitely. so, this book made me feel all nostalgic and im all for it. “Sometimes even the darkest parts of us can become beautiful when seen through a different set of eyes.” the writing here was so good and tbh, i don’t say this often but i really do think this should be adapted into a movie?? i can just imagine the oscars the actors portraying the MCs will be receiving. this book does end in a cliffhanger and i can't wait to read the next one because DAMN that ending just left me so empty, but also, since im addicted to drama, im also so happy with it.

There Mia meets Ollie Masters, the boy who’s able to cause her to feel whirlwind of emotions and help her move on from her dark past. Ollie tries to capture her attention and bring light and hope into her life, whereas Mia does everything she can to keep him away, even if it destroys him. “You never have to worry, love. You have me completely.” He pressed his forehead to mine. “You so fucking have me.” 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗗: • Although i don’t remember much of what happened in this book, i sure do remember the few beautiful moments Ollie(H) and Mia(h) shared together. I’ll be honest, initially everything just felt...too much?¿. Ollie’s love for Mia was so sudden and fierce that it felt insta-lovey and forced but it turns out Ollie has ‘EI’ (Emotional Intensity) so that definitely put things into perspective. I realized then that their love story was actually something rare and beautiful. Now that i think back, it’s honestly breathtaking. Definitely want what they have :c • I adore Ollie for his perseverance to help Mia overcome her trauma and never once gave up on her even when she constantly pushed him away and hurt his feelings. He had his own shit going on but it didn’t stop him wanting to be Mia’s hero🥺 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗡’𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘: - The things that came out of Ollie’s mouth can frankly be quite cringey 😬 i mean they’re sometimes cute but........... yea - I just realized i hate reading british accents??😭😭 they sound so weird in my head or is it just me?!? - This didn’t leave a hard emotional impact on me as much as i thought it would since i see so many readers on Instagram giving this 5 stars and bawling their eyes over it...so i’m kinda bumped over that bc ur girl lowkey wants to be on a book-slump apparently - I see people raving the collection of poetry by Ollie(H) in here, saying that they’re so touching and deep when really..... i don’t see it?? 👀ionnomannn. i cringed and laughed at some of them but heyy i’m no poet so what do i know 🤷🏻‍♀️ “I’m bulletproof, yet she’s slowly penetrating every part of me.” — sounds like sumn Rupi Kaur would publish hagshahsha This one is kinda pretty tho, so i’ll give Ollie some credit aight, “This girl is my heaven. With lips of an angel, the sweet taste of mercy lingers. She has halos in her eyes, and my heart beats to the sound of her wings.”

I had thought my barriers were invincible—not susceptible to a beautiful creature walking an offbeat path filled with unrealistic notions. YELP REVIEW - Dolor University - 1.5 stars Cheap bedding, and even worse food. The staff is half great, half crap. Y’all don’t send your repressed teenagers here if you want them to get better. All that out of the way, if you’re looking for a story that will own you emotionally and will have you swooning at the poetic vibe of Mia & Ollie’s love story, then you NEED to download Stay With Me right this minute. I swear I am not usually one to love a softer hero, but Ollie is that guy, and it’s necessary. Why? Because Mia is all walls and strength. She’s repressed all emotions, because of certain things, and Ollie is her perfect opposite. She’s doing all this wild and reckless stuff just to feel, and yet she still doesn’t. At least not really. But when she’s sent to Dolor (refers back to the Yelp review) and meets Ollie and some others, things start to change. This story is a rollercoaster. It has its over the top moments, and at some points my anticipation for more info in the story bordered on irritation, but this author is talented. Her words feel deep and meaningful. The story she wrote feels fresh, and maybe it isn’t the first of it’s kind, but I’ve personally never read anything like this. This is a to be continued ending, and I am absolutely DYING for whatever comes next. Dying and worried as anything. Like I must protect my battleship, Mia & Ollie. I can’t handle where we were left. I want to know who I have to bribe to get the next book. https://instagram.com/p/B2HUfJ7gpsH/ https://instagram.com/p/B2HJYANAiRq/ ^fan edits on IG!

✰ 5 stars ✰ holy shittt. The angst in this book was honestly I kinda knew going in to expect feels, but I wasn’t prepared for where the story took me. Ollie (H) and Mia (h) are soulmates. Even if I’m unsure of everything else, I know that for a fact. I’m not a fan of insta love cause I’m personally all for the slow burn and tension but I do make some exceptions and it worked here imo! “Even the darkest parts of us become beautiful when seen through a different set of eyes.” Ollie (H): me @ Ollie ✰ 5 stars ✰ holy shittt. He was the definition of a cute, swoony alpha H. Before anything else, I loved how, in the beginning of each chapter, there’s a quote from Ollie and each one spoke deeply to my soul. As a character, Ollie was patient, loving, empathic. I’m often drawn to the asshole, tortured Hs and, yes, Ollie definitely had his own demons but there was something different about him from heroes I often read that I couldn’t help but be intrigued by. He was a special one, and I adored him. <3 Mia (h): I loved Mia! She was strong and feisty, also reserved in the beginning but, above all, she was a survivor and I had so much admiration for her. Before we learned about her past and what she had to endure, her actions had annoyed me a bit but, after we discovered what caused her to become that way, I felt for her. I understood why she kept pushing people away rather than letting them in and I don’t blame her at all for it. The thing I loved the most about her tho was seeing her growth throughout the book. I’m a sucker for character development and Mia’s was my favorite in this book. romance: Soulmates. That word comes to mind when I think of Ollie and Mia. The progression of their romance was every-fucking-thing. Even if you dislike insta love like I do, trust me on this when I say you don’t want to miss out on their love story. plot twists: This book knew how to keep me on the edge of my seat. The plot twists revealed in the second half had me I genuinely didn’t expect (view spoiler)[the asshole Oscar to be Ollie’s brother?? Isaac, who I honestly didn’t even pay much attention to but was still shook by the revelation, betraying Mia and Ollie like that? tfff. I felt played by Isaac cause, even tho he was kinda just there for me, I didn't think he was Oscar-level. That pissed me off at three in the morning. (hide spoiler)]

"Stay With Me" is one of my favorite books this year, but I have to warn you, that this book is not for everyone's taste! When I've started reading this book, I really didn't know what to expect from it 🤔. But then something happened... I was so addicted to book that I couldn't put it down. It was so intense, interesting and hot (a really hot 🔥🔥🔥) that I wanted to know what will happen next. Mia and Ollie are two characters with emotional problems and their own demons. They totally opposite from each other but when they're together they become an amazing couple because everyone knows that opposites attract and when you put that together you can get only something explosive and big to remember. And that what Mia and Ollie are... Two characters you won't forget soon... P. S. Pretty please 😏🙏... Can I get a book two?! 😍

Stay With Me by Nicole Fiorina is a debut story that will stay with you long after the book is over. The story touches on topics of mental health and I really appreciated the author's approach on the topic. Mia, the heroine, thinks she is a sociopath. She simply doesn't have feelings. She is sent to a reform school of sorts where she can get mental health support and an education. You can imagine the unique characters she meets at Dolor (the school). She is sent to a reform school of sorts where she can get mental health support and an education. You can imagine the unique characters she meets at Dolor (the school). Ollie, the hero, is very different from Mia, but still struggling with his own mental health. These two have a seriously complicated relationship but you can't help but want them to find their HEA. The angst level is HIGH in this book as I'm sure you can imagine given the place they meet. My personal struggle with their relationship is that I know how dangerous it can be for people in mental health crisis to begin a relationship with others in mental health crisis. Its like addicts-you don't date a fellow addict you met in rehab because its just a recipe for relapse. However, the story is more than my issue and I think my personal feelings about the topic may cloud my opinion. Stay With Me handles some tough topics and is a bit dark so it might not appeal to all readers. Fiorina manages to blend the darker topics with sweet moments though. If you want a story that will tear your heart to pieces, provide tons of angst, and leave you desperate for more, this is your book. I must applaud Nicole Fiorina's writing as well-she has a smooth style that draws you in. I think we will see lots of great books from her in the future if she starts off this strong!

I was so emotional involved in the dramatic actions, that I was really feeling the pain and my heart ached for the characters. This story is so gripping, exciting, unpredictable and terrible sad at the same time, that you can't stop to read. This is a story about young people with emotional problems and depressions caused in their childhood. The silence cry for help and how our society deals with it. A heartbreaking struggle and fight for friendship and love no matter what it costs. Yeah, and that's just the rough description of the topic of the story. I don't want to spoil for you the whole experience, that it this book. You will learn the rest when you read this book 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I hope you'll because it's definitely a must read for all the dark (young adult) romance lovers, without a HEA 🤷🏻‍♀️, but maybe next time? 😳 This book ends with a cliffhanger. I hope Nicole gives her protagonists a break and a HEA next time because this book wrecked me! 😭 and I need them finally happy 😩

But i did like the way Ollie talks, its so poetic...i loved it. I enjoyed reading this, I loveeeed Mia, this book was good but not great. Ollie was perfect after I read his POV but whiny before, so eh. It was okay, i really didnt feel anything and What happened to Mia was hella predictable. Tho I think I ll like the next book , but I seriously need a book from Ollie's POV for stay with me cuz the epilogue is just SWOOOONNN!! I loved the epilogue. . . . . .

This book was stunningly beautiful. If anyone out there are soulmates it’s these two. It’s rare that an author can make you feel the overwhelming amount of love two characters have for each other like this. There was absolutely no doubt that these two belong together. I love a book that makes me feel so deeply, and my heart really went through it reading this. Ollie Masters is now right up there with my favourite book boyfriends of all time, I’ve never came across a hero quite like him before. I can’t believe this is a debut book, it was so well done and I can’t wait for more Mia and Ollie in the next two books, and whatever Nicole is going to throw my way. Alllllll the stars for this masterpiece. tw: rape, sexual assault, mental health

The intensity of his focus on Mia was weird. Aside from that he didn't seem to have mental issues that would have required him to be at the facility. I didn't care for any of the side characters. All they did was have sex and play sex games. All everyone did was focus on sex. These people were messed up enough that there didn't need to be tons of crazy sexual drama. All of the characters were extremely immature on top of being sex fiends. The drama was angsty and aggravating. If character development had been focused on instead of sex, this could have been a standalone instead of a series. I'm not interested in reading the next one.

Without giving too much away we join Mia an American girl who has mental health issues, she is very feisty and headstrong but suffers from the inability to feel emotions. She has a habit of rebelling and eventually her family have had enough of her rebellious and law-breaking ways. She is sent to a reform institute in Merry old England for two years, and here is where she meets Ollie. The pair try to save each other from the cruel world that we live in, and despite their own demons they manage to fall in love. It's a beautiful love story, but also a tragic one. I loved the way this author wrote, she is very descriptive and has a magical way of making you feel exactly what the characters are. No detail is soared in this story, and it's very easy to build up the pictures in your imagination. I would recommend this book, and will be reading the rest of the series when the author releases them, I need to know what happens next.

I read this book in one sitting... at work. It wasn’t easy, but I couldn't put it down. So if you start reading this book make sure you are isolated from everyone and no one bothers you! The book was full of twists and turns, amazing characters, steamy scenes and so many emotions, I can't even begin to tell you! OMG! Sometimes, when I stopped reading, I had to tell my colleague sitting next to me what was happening. I just couldn't keep it in. Ugh and Ollie... where do I even start? I think he just became my number 1 book boyfriend, but it's okay, because I'm a Mia as well... so that's fine. As for Mia... besides the fact that she has the best name, she was an amazing and complex character. Seeing the story through her eyes, and her inner battle was so real and emotional. I was very impressed. Nicole's writing is phenomenal, her debut novel is heartbreakingly beautiful. Full of description and life, it really transport you to Dolor, and while reading it feels like we are all there together. It's incredibly easy to get lost in this story and forget about the world around us. I really can't wait for the next book, because I have so many questions its not even funny.

Stay With Me is the debut novel of Nicole Fiorina. And what a beautiful way to introduce herself to the world. Right in the beginning, we meet Mia Rosa. Throughout the book, my emotions were all over the place. I laughed and my heart ached quite a lot. Her words came to life and brought out those emotions. And in my humble opinion, that is what makes a great book. I can't wait to see what the author has up her sleeve for the next installment, but I have a feeling that it will be just as intense. Overall, this is a great book. A page-turner.

This is an incredible story, hats off to Nicole Fiorina for writing such an incredible book. Raw, gritty yet truthful. This isn’t one of the easiest books to read but it is most definitely worth the effort. Mia is an exceptional character and Ollie is perfect for her. We follow their journey as both individuals and as a couple. An incredible story an incredible book.

Every chapter is about some sort of sexual activity or weird game about it or about sexual abuse. It was overkill. Unnecessary. 2. Too much drama. Everything was blown out of proportion. Characters were unrealistic with their emotional tendencies. I get that it's a delinquent facility or whatever but even then. Or maybe it's just me. It just seemed a little extra. 3. I didn't really feel attached to the characters. Or their tragedies. It all felt too artificial (due to unnecessary drama peppered all over the story). Since the book was so overdramatic, one doesn't really feel attached to their drama/tragedy. 4. Female was a bit annoying. A bit self absorbed. Male lead was there for her through out the book without question, literally come what may & when the time came for her to be there for him (like he asked her to) she panicked & started blaming him inside her head (for the first time when he was in a predicament & needed her). Bleh.

These heartbeats of moments are collections of who you are and who you are meant to be—little moments. And we only remember the ones that have impacted our souls. ❞ Stay With Me by Nicole Fiorina has left me completely breathless and utterly ruined! OH. MY. GOD! I am dying right now! I just finished this book with tears in my eyes (AND I DO NOT CRY!), I really don’t even have time to write this review right now but I just NEEDED to do it now while all these emotions are still fresh on my mind. Seriously, I just… I don’t even know what to say. I am completely and utterly flabbergasted that this is Fiorina’s DEBUT novel!! Honestly, I don’t believe it, I think she MUST have written under another pen name or SOMETHING because there is just way that THIS is a debut novel! HOLY. SHIT! I just found a new favorite author! This book is raw and it’s real. It’s far from an “easy” read and I’m sure it won’t be for everyone. But if you are looking for a book that will touch your soul… you have found it here with Stay With Me. ❝ I need you to feel for me, and once you do, I need you to stay. ❞ Mia Jett is an American girl just shy of her nineteenth birthday who’s mental stability has become an issue. Her father and stepmother have had enough and after her latest antics end with her almost being thrown into a mental institution, her father pleads with the judge to send her to Dolar, a reformatory college all the way in England. While at Dolar she meets an eccentric group of students who even though Mia puts up a struggle, manages to pull her into their small circle of delinquents. Among them… Oliver Masters. ❝ Emotional Intensity. Basically, I feel too much, while you feel nothing.❞ Ollie dropped his head to see my reaction. ❝ It’s as if this world is playing a cruel joke on us.❞ Mia suffers from the inability to feel emotions. But when all of a sudden this sweet, sexy, bad boy starts to have an effect on her, making her feel, something she hasn’t done in years. It wrecks havoc on her already fragile mental state. ❝ With Ollie, I’d found a safe place. I’d found refuge from the storm inside my head. ❞ Mia doesn’t feel anything, while Ollie feels everything. But Mia wasn’t born this way. Something traumatic caused her mind to build up a wall to repress her memories and everything else. To protect her from it all. But every single time Ollie chips away at that wall not only do those feelings start to come through but the memories are able to seep through the cracks as well. ❝ I’m not going to save you, Mia I don’t want to be the one. I’m going to show you how to save yourself. ❞ Mia may have built this wall around her heart, her emotions, and her memories but Ollie is determined to help her help herself break through it and finally begin to heal. But it’s nowhere near easy sailing for these two… and their troubles are far, far from over. ❝ You have to break through, and it’s going to hurt, and it’s going to be painful, but you have to because I’m fucking selfish and I want you.❞ He shook his head. ❝No, I need you. ❞ ❝ I’d never expected to get swept up in his hurricane and have feelings for him—but I did. It had been in the cards all along. Ollie and I were an unforeseen omen. A force of nature. ❞ You guys, if you listen to no other book recommendation from me then listen to this one. Stay With Me completely WRECKED ME! It’s intense, it’s unpredictable and it is so, so heartbreakingly beautiful. Not even kidding this shit broke my heart. Again, this one is far from an easy read, it covers quite a few really sensitive topics, it’s intense and you are going to go through a plethora of emotions but I promise you, Ollie and Mia’s story is so worth it. These aren’t the type of characters and this isn’t the type of book that you forget once you finish the last page and move on to the next one. No. This one is going to stay with you. You won’t be forgetting Mia or Ollie any time soon. ❝ When it came down to you and me, I’d never thought you’d be the one to slip away. ❞ OK, let me just start off by saying that prologue… SHEESH! It’s set in the future so the prologue is actually the end of the book… OK, so in saying that, the entire time I was reading, watching Mia and Ollie’s attraction grow and then take on something else entirely… that prologue stuck with me. I just knew that we were going to have to come back around to that prologue at some point and I just kept waiting for the moment that my heart would break. And when it came… I was completely devastated. I STILL wasn’t ready for it. ❝ I’m bulletproof, yet she’s slowly penetrating every part of me. ❞ —Oliver Masters When Nicole Fiorina found me on Instagram and asked if I wanted to check out her debut novel, I almost turned her down. 😕 Honestly, I really just didn’t have the time to take on anything extra. But I had seen teasers being posted for a couple of weeks and since the book is already out, I had heard good things. So I took a chance and said yes. I have never been happier to have taken a chance on a new author then I am after finishing this book. I am so impressed! Her writing, her style, THIS is why I love reading new authors because sometimes you find a gem like Nicole. She is so descriptive in the way that she writes that I felt like I was right there climbing through those damn vents, hanging out on the floor of Ollie’s room, passing around a bottle, laid back listening to music, I was just so entranced that I felt like I was right there alongside them. The characters literally came to life in my mind. The somewhat poetic dialogue at times and quotes from Ollie, I have NEVER highlighted a book the way I highlighted this one. ❝ After all, with him was where my soul belonged. ❞ Mia, she’s feisty, stubborn, and marches to the beat of her own drum. Mia is a hard character to like in the beginning. She’s just so HARD. But once you find out what all she’s gone through… heartbreaking. And everything about Mia starts to make a whole lot more sense. She’s tough as nails with a wall built up bigger than the Grand Canyon but Ollie sees right through it all and to the pain hiding inside of her right from the very beginning. ❝ All along, we’d been connected. My light illuminated in his presence because his soul was the one mine had been promised to. ❞ Ollie, oh my God. My sweet, sweet Ollie. I am completely head over heels in love with Oliver Masters. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than Ollie. He’s there for Mia every step of the way, even when she pushes him away… in more ways than one and some are downright awful. Most would have given up, but Ollie holds strong and helps her help herself in the only way he knows how. By loving her without restraint. He is one of the most swoon-worthy book boyfriends I have ever read! When he cuddles with her while HE reads to HER… the way he builds her up when she’s constantly tearing herself down, ya’ll I can’t say it enough you NEED to meet Ollie. I am so, soooo scared of what happens now. I don’t want to see a different Ollie but I have a feeling that’s EXACTLY what’s going to happen next. ❝ And if one day I don’t recognize you, I’ll love you anyway. ❞ —Oliver Masters The connection between Ollie and Mia is nothing short of absolutely magical. I can’t put it into words and actually do it justice so I’m not even going to try. This is one where I can’t explain it, you just have to read and FEEL it for yourself. ❝ She was my reflection. She was my other half. She was everything I wasn’t. She completed me. She was home. ❞ Without a single doubt, Stay With Me is one of my TOP reads of 2019, if not my #1 read, then SWM comes in a very, very close second!! What an absolutely incredible journey… and it’s not over. ❝ She was my heaven, I was her hell. ❞—Oliver Masters I NEED BOOK TWO. I NEED Mia and Ollie to get their happily ever after, together. I need it like I need my next breath. I am BEYOND ready for Even When I'm Gone. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend checking this one out. I plan on reading the next book and whatever else Fiorina puts out after that! An absolute MUST-READ! ❝ Stay with me, even when I’m gone.❞ ❝ Promise.❞ *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕗𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕆𝕗 𝔸 𝔹𝕚𝕓𝕝𝕚𝕠𝕡𝕙𝕚𝕝𝕖’𝕤 𝕆𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕒𝕝𝕝 ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘:⁣ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THIS BOOK WRECKED ME! There isn’t a chunk of backstory to wade through, and the story gets right to the action. “I was already his and whatever he wanted. His slave. His savior. His anchor.” Characters 5 Stars - Ollie and Mia are well fleshed characters that I could easily connect with. Their motivations were clear and understandable. While Mia did have self-destructive behavior that made me sad for her, it was written in a way that made me understand her. Ollie was just this lovable, sexy guy you couldn’t help but be drawn to. “If a stone was thrown in one of our paths, if one little thing had changed, would we have met at all?" Plot 4 Stars - I love the dichotomy of her being unfeeling and him feeling too much. It made for a good contrast. And those twists thrown in! 🤯 "The problem is, I'm not just a guy, and you're not just a girl, so the last thing we should do is treat this as such." Setting 4 Stars - Most of the story takes place in different areas of the same location. While I don’t usually like the monotony of the same location ... somehow it worked. There were many settings used within the one location. “Involuntarily, my body paused to take in the sight of him—and to breathe, as if I couldn’t seem to do it all at once.” Unputdownable factor 4.5 Stars - The story pulled me along nicely. Definitely had a good mix of up and down areas (which allowed me to put it away and go to sleep 😅). “There was gunpowder flowing from my heart, up my throat, and lingering on my tongue. It tasted like pain and shame. "Nothing, I'm fine." Each word shaped like a bullet.” Dialogue 5 Stars - This book really shines here. The dialogue was witty, authentic, and kept the story flowing. “If you hold back tears, Mia, the pain builds up in your heart, and your heart is only so forgiving for so long." In summary, an amazing debut from Nicole Fiorina. I highly recommend giving this a read.

This is Nicole Fiorina’s first book and her writing is beautiful. Has a certain poetic feel to it. The way she describes the characters emotions was my favorite part. They either stay there and deal with their issues or be sent to jail after all the trouble each and everyone of them got into on their respective homes. It’s in Dolor’s where our leading couple meets. The secondary characters were funny but others did seriously got on my nerve. Mia and Oliver develops a relationship that in the beginning I felt it was one sided. Been that Oliver problem is he feel TOO MUCH. He is too emotional while Mia is disconnected from any type of emotion. She doesn’t know how to express herself. This made a good balance for the couple. Soon after, Oliver will get inside of Mia heart to the point of becoming the antidote to make her deal with her past and open up her heart to feelings. To start living and wanting to recuperate the life she has lost so long ago. There is mystery and suspense in trying to decipher that awful past that Mia’s subconscious is hiding so hard from her. The part I wasn’t to excited about in the story was the fact that their relationship became too sexual. I also couldn’t get into the whole college/ mental institution setting. It didn’t make too much sense to me. There’s a villain in the story that you aren’t expecting and still now I’m not sure how he got into Dolor as easy as he did. Once you read the story you will understand what I mean. The ending is a cliffhanger. Leaving you on edge and wanting to know what will happen to this couple. Stay with Me is book one of a series of 3 books. Release date is August 3. ***I voluntarily read and review an advance copy of this book.

She has created a MASTERPIECE - and it’s her debut novel - that has taken any emotions I have left. This emotional, gut wrenching story has broken me. I was on a roller-coaster of emotions the whole time. I loved the characters, their problems, their circumstances, their connection. This author is a freaking genius. She has created a story based on something I haven’t read before. I was sobbing crying in parts of this story, in awe of all that this story encompasses. It is beautiful, sweet, twisted, and will leave you begging for more. Her attention to detail and the character development were out of this world. Mia has quite the troubled past. She is forced to go somewhere she doesn’t want to. Her story comes out piece by piece as your devour the pages of this book. She is an amazing, your woman who has endured more than any person should in their short life. Oliver is a person I would love to know. He is supportive, and oh so kind to those around him. He has his own demons he has to overcome, and those demons might be his downfall. My heart broke for him throughout the whole entire book. His words and actions spoke volumes to someone as broken as Mia. Together, Mia and Ollie are this magical couple that are total polar opposites (literally!). They are perfect and wrong for each other at the same time. I can’t wait to see what comes of them in the next book!! This book truly will drag you in and not let you go. It is a must one-click for romance readers. All romance readers.
