So it's a crazy mixed up world and Brian and Chris do not live in it. Their world is a little more dangerous, a little more unlikely and populated with monsters and scenarios designed to scare the pants off of beautiful women - and you. How they survive, when they do, is obviously a result of the charity of the fates. So it's a crazy mixed up world and Brian and Chris do not live in it. Have met Brian at two separate Marscons, these two writers and an editor are the real deal. Don't let the cover art fool you; the stories are a bunch of fun and are written well while having a nice simplistic easygoing nature, involving dumb fights, beer, and of course chicken wings. Looking forward to reading more of their books (still have several more to go through). Have met Brian at two separate Marscons, these two writers and an editor are the real deal. I loved this book. I wanted to get rid of all my other books so that they wouldn't feel ashamed being near this book. All others fail in comparison. I laughed; I cried; I took my medication, and I was okay. I loved this book. I wanted to get rid of all my other books so that they wouldn't feel ashamed being near this book. It's enlightening, it's entertaining, it's wordy, it's fun. But boy are those guys annoying. It's enlightening, it's entertaining, it's wordy, it's fun. But boy are those guys annoying.

Picked this up at Balticon 44. Autographed by one of the two authors. Read three of the stories at dinner last night-- not nearly as funny as they puport themselves to be, but still amusing.
