How has it been so far? “Don’t ask. I have been bending over a plastic bag filled with vomit and these terrible mood swings, I survived through it all. Make her understand that it’s not being easy on me either I am going through the pregnancy myself. How do I handle her mood swings and her unpredictable behaviour, the hormonal rages. It’s as if I have my foot in the mouth. How has it been so far? “Don’t ask. I have been bending over a plastic bag filled with vomit and these terrible mood swings, I survived through it all. We all know it's the woman who gets pregnant. It's the woman whose body undergoes a lot of changes. It's the woman who experiences hormonal changes, nausea, vomiting, mood swings, food craving, breathlessness, sleeplessness. It's the woman who carries the child for ten months in her womb. It's the woman whose body undergoes a lot of changes. It's the woman who experiences hormonal changes, nausea, vomiting, mood swings, food craving, breathlessness, sleeplessness. It's the woman who carries the child for ten months in her womb. Then how can a daddy be expecting? The truth is, when a woman gets pregnant, a man gets pregnant too. We always talk about the challenges faced by women, but this book briefs the difficulties her spouse has to face. Things covered in this book: For women: •Hurdles faced by a woman starting from the first trimester and how to overcome them. •A precise description of exercises and breathing techniques. •Ways to handle food cravings. A healthy diet chart. •All stages of the labor are described and how to win over the difficulties of each phase. For men: •Ways to help his spouse to maintain her diet. •Pregnant women always have food cravings. Intelligent ways to handle this instead of indulgence. •Ways to motivate your partner in doing exercises. •Help her in her regular breathing techniques. •How to handle mood swings and tantrums. It's the woman who goes under immense pain to give birth to her baby, and the discomfort is unsharable. But it's her husband who can stand by her side and be there for her. Pregnant women are vulnerable. They are occupied with the thoughts of her labor, her baby's well being. Her body changes every day. She gains weight, develops stretch marks. The understanding of her man, little word of praise, support, care, encouragement means a lot to her. The book is written by a woman whose pregnancy was not easy. The book is written for both men and women, considering both perspectives. Rakhi used her experience with expecting couples and compiled a whole chapter dealing with questions expecting couples tend to ask, with their answers. The language is simple. I recommend this book to every expecting couple.

Be a loving father to your child and give them a life full of happiness and success. 💛“It is a father’s job to make the kid in the oven happy by keeping their mother happy” 💚“If a child could borrow their mother’s heart at birth, they already are beautiful” 💙“Pregnancy brings a newer glow on the faces of everyone in the family” 💜“Help your pregnant woman at home so that she is all up and about with her work life” ❤️“Pregnancy is about keeping quiet on your partner’s mood so that she can have the best 9 months with her baby”. 🤎“When you are with a kid your husband would love you for everything and would therefore forgive you even for those habits that he once hated in you.” 🤍 Expecting daddy delivers is one of the books which is written by the Author especially for both expecting parents to ease the journey from getting pregnant to have a child in their hands. 🧡 This is the universal truth that only the Mother gets pregnant and dealt with lots of changes in her life. From body changes to mood swings, vomiting, nausea, anxieties about labor, sleeplessness, and many more. 💛She is the only person who holds her baby in her womb for 9 months and then another journey of nourishing her baby started right after she gives birth. 💚To write or read about the journey of a pregnant woman is very easy but to undergo the pain is very difficult. 💙The Author itself endures with lots of complications during her pregnancy due to lack of information, so, she decided to write this book and her previous book 'Deliver with delight' to help various expecting couples. 💜It is wisely said by Author That, It's not only the Woman who get pregnant, but Man gets pregnant too because both of them are expected to have a child and ready to take the responsibility to nourish their child. ❤️The responsibilities are not equal for both the parent but dealing with the responsibility by understanding each other is the most important during this phase of life. 💙The book started with wise words, some basic questions and answers, Author's experiences during pregnancy, her mistakes, her knowledge and various principles related to pregnancy and childbearing. 💜Its really difficult for me to read this book knowing that this book is not written for me but I hope that this book will help me in my future, I hope to get the baby dust from God soon and re-read both the books again. 🤍Some Husbands are really caring and helpful to their wives that they started browsing the topics related to the situation, so. this is the perfect book for those husbands and wives with step by step instructions related to pregnancy.

"What is the most common pregnancy craving? For men to be the ones who get pregnant." - Rakhi Kapoor . . I picked up Expecting Daddy Delivers by Rakhi Kapoor in hope of finding some witty stories and experiences of fathers-to-be. I had no idea that this was an instruction manual meant for would be fathers to take care of their wives and their child, both before and after birth. I had hoped that I'd not enjoy reading the book. Surprisingly, I ended up liking the book very much even though it's "just another pregnancy manual" The fact that it is addressed to men (husbands and expectant fathers) sets it apart from the other manuals that I have heard about. My sister recently had a baby and while reading the various stages and problems during pregnancy, I could actually connect the dots as to why my sister behaved the way she did and that it was not her who was controlling her moods and sicknesses; it was the little tyke growing inside her. This book was very enlightening for me as it addressed the concerns and issues of pregnant couples. I had no idea how the body works during pregnancy and reading the book made many concepts clear. I wish I had known about the book sooner; I think I would have gifted it to my sister and her husband to help them in the process of being young parents. The book is crisp and witty although I found some topics repetitive. The notes from new fathers is what makes the book even more special. Although the book isn't supposed to be read by people of my age, it is also harmless to pick up a pregnancy manual like this. A bit of knowledge doesn't harm anyone, does it? Plus, it'd help us be more understanding and considerate of expectant mothers because this book gives us a concise idea as to what a woman goes through while she's carrying another human being inside her and it's not an easy job. Overall, I have mixed feelings regarding the book. It wasn't what I expected but it was a good non-fiction to read anyway. The conclusion that I drew from the book was that this book isn't just for a man to read. Anyone can read this and take a bit of something from it and that is a great attribute.

The behaviour and treatment she needs during the most important time of her life must be understood so that she feels more confident about herself. The story will make you go through many types of stages and contrasting kinds of challenges and eventually you will understand how to try and win all those together. The most wonderful lines which caught my attention in the entire novel was - "While a baby grows in mother's womb, the child grows in the father's heart." Overall this is a perfect book to read and I would recommend you all to go through it atleast once in your life ...

'Pregnancy' is considered to be one of the most beautiful and satisfying moments in a woman's life. The pain through which a woman undergoes can't be expressed by mere words. The book speaks about the different stages in pregnancy as separate chapters. The quality which I personally liked about the author is the honesty with which this book is written including the preface. One has to read the book till the very end to perfectly understand strange yet the perfect title. The book is full of positivity and self confidence which makes it a must-read for women as well as their partners. To put it in a nutshell, the book discards all the misbeliefs about unplanned pregnancies and casts a light on the beautiful experience that comes with it.
