"As I watched Jameson turn and smile at me, I felt my heart flutter and in that moment, I knew two things were bound to possibly happen: I would fall hopelessly in love with Jameson or he would be the biggest regret of my entire life." This was a great start to a new MC series. These Raven Boys are hot, hot, hot! I can't wait to read more about these brothers, life and love. Jameson won me over from the beginning and Ivy became the little spitfire that Jameson needed by his side! I loved reading this book and devoured it in a day. It was amazing. Check out these Raven Boys because you won't be disappointed. This was a great start to a new MC series. These Raven Boys are hot, hot, hot! 3.5 stars-TWIN FLAMES is the first instalment in the contemporary, adult THE RAVEN BOYS erotic, MC romance series co-authored by M.A. Lee and Stephanie Nichole. This is twenty-one year olds, Raven brother Jameson Raven, and university student Ivy Allan’s story line. This is twenty-one year olds, Raven brother Jameson Raven, and university student Ivy Allan’s story line. Told from dual first person perspectives (Ivy and Jameson) TWIN FLAMES follows the quick building relationship between twenty-one year olds, youngest Raven brother Jameson Raven, and university student Ivy Allan. Ivy’s best friend and roommate Lacy convinced our heroine that a night on the town was just what she needed but a night spent at a biker bar wasn’t exactly what Ivy had in mind. With Lacy quickly making friends with Drake Raven, Ivy found herself eyeing the youngest brother Jameson, the man with whom Ivy would fall in love. What ensues is the building relationship and romance between Ivy and Jameson, and the potential fall-out as the Raven Clubhouse and bar are targeted by someone from their past. Ivy Allan struggles with her attraction to a man who is all kinds of wrong. In her opinion, Jameson and the Raven Clubhouse are bad news, and not what she had planned for her future. Judgmental and slightly discriminating, Ivy battles between head and heart as it pertains to Jameson, and who and what he and his brothers represent. Jameson Raven has a reputation as a man-wh*re but meeting Ivy gave Jameson thoughts for the future but a future that does not represent what Ivy was looking for. When the Raven Clubhouse and bar are threatened, and trouble comes to their front door, Jameson goes rogue in an attempt to defend the people he loves. The relationship between Jameson and Ivy is one of immediate attraction but Ivy takes issues with Jameson’s pursuit, an issue that constantly waivers in the face of her growing attraction and desire for our story line hero. As Ivy continues to push Jameson away, her mixed signals are disconcerting including her about face within minutes of getting Jameson alone. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text. We are introduced to Jameson’s brothers: Drake, Micah and Brody, as well as Ivy’s best friend and roommate Lacy who is now in a relationship with older brother Drake. The requisite evil demands payment and retribution for sins of the past. TWIN FLAMES is a story of family, vengeance and love. The premise is fast paced and engaging –the MC story line is fairly negligible as the current generation remains focused on the bar; the romance is hot and heavy; the characters are colorful and energetic but saying that I did not feel the palpable sexual attraction due in part to the quick building romance, and the heroine’s less than congenial attitude early on. I felt there was something missing. Copy supplied for review www.thereadingcafe.com

This book was thrilling, and a great intro to the series. I loved getting to know Ivy who, although has a dark past, doesn't let that stop her from getting her HEA. Personally, she is brave, because she walks into a biker bar dressing in a girly outfit with no shame about it. She proves throughout the book that she is capable of whatever life throws at her. Although, I would have preferred to see and hear more about the family she left behind. Jameson was a strong, independent man. Although, it w This book was thrilling, and a great intro to the series. Although, I would have preferred to see and hear more about the family she left behind. Jameson was a strong, independent man. Although, it was obviously foreign to him how to deal with his feelings. He was a little hot tempered and over the top. Jameson truly cared for Ivy, but he had business that needed to be taken care of. I do think the ending could have been a little more creative, but, overall, it was an amazing read. I am thrilled for the next one in the series.

Bad boy fans, get ready to swoon so hard. I know I did for Jameson. Right from the start he we find out he is the bad boy who doesn't do commitment and is just about motorcycle club, his family's bar and getting laid. Then Ivy enters his life and she makes this bad boy question everything he stood for. They are both stubborn but will also do whatever it takes for the ones they love. What a great book! I couldn't put it down. Jameson and Ivy were so electric. Talk about steamy scenes! This is the Bad boy fans, get ready to swoon so hard. I know I did for Jameson.
