There are parts of my publication that seem to jump in and out of the story at hand. Paragraphs that jump forward in time with no logical tie-in. If these misplaced paragraphs were intentional, they ruin the story. If they are not, then I’m afraid the publisher did you no favors Mr. Durbin.

Made it halfway, could not finish. Felt like propaganda- the author's stance on the state of public education (pages worth of stats, etc.), a very conservative interpretation of the Second Ammendment, etc., presented as a Y.A. novel. If the author was trying to show support for feminism, the mark was missed. The female characters physically STAND and WALK ON the male characters they are interested in / in a relationship with. Neither sex should be physically or metaphorically walking on the other. Made it halfway, could not finish.
