A clear and organized summary of recent research on how to structure learning experiences to be effective. This is one of those books that basically suggests "if you just do these 27 things all at the same time, your teaching/training will be dead-bang wonderful." Of course, no one knows how to integrate those 27 things and do them all at once. But it's better to know what's research-proven to work than not to know.
