    This cookbook is amazing! The recipes are easy to prepare. The photos are gorgeous. And everything I've made has tasted delicious! I am new to the vegetarian world, having gone fully vegetarian in January of this year after I received this cookbook for Christmas. I have Interstitial Cystitis and have totally revamped the way I eat and my nutritional outlook. I needed actual recipes to make for everyday meals and I have found a TON of them here. I have made probably 75% of the recipes in this boo This cookbook is amazing! The recipes are easy to prepare. The photos are gorgeous. And everything I've made has tasted delicious!     This is a great resource for vegans, whole food plant based people, or anyone looking to have a healthier way . The recipes themselves obviously already have the swaps. They are a mix of familiar and new treats, all in line with vegan and whole food diets. They each have tips,This is more than just a cook book, Well worth the purchase!
