This is the sixth and final book in what has been a magnificent series and in this book we have got the ending we deserved, an epic ending. Together with the armies of the Free Peoples they are ready to fight back with all they’ve got to close the Dark Rift which is dominating their sky. In a final battle on Maphrax the people of the light fought Baelthrom’s dark beings such as the Mephraxies and their Foltoy, the Dread Dragons, Death Hounds and Dromoorai. Issa had to control the flow and the underflow, the energies of both light and darkness and she almost lost her life doing this. A power had to be made whole, two broken factions united, and a prophecy had to be fulfilled and balance had to be restored back in Maioria. A brilliant book of good against evil, full of spectacular battle scenes, magic both good and evil, seers, wizards, Goddesses, dragons, ravens, elves and dwarves, demons and many other creatures of fantasy sharing courage, loyalty and love in the face of such terrible fear and loss. I love the way all loose ends were tied up so nicely for us in the end, must have been a tough job to do this in such an intricate weave of storytelling and character building. I am going to miss these characters so much now that the tale has come to its very satisfying end!

Araya Evermore’s The Goddess Prophecies Fantasy series is a fantastic achievement. Wonderfully complex yet superb storytelling that grabs onto its readers souls and doesn’t let go. This is addictive stuff and now, in War of the Raven Queen, the sixth and concluding book, everything is up for grabs as Issa and Asaph lead Maioria towards the light and to free their world from the darkness trying to take it over. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises - the book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend (with the caveat that this series does need to started with book 1).

If you love Tolkien, then you will love this series. This is the Epic finale of the Goddess Prophecies series that will keep you glued to the pages. Full of action, has very well written characters and an adventure you will long remember. Thank you Araya Evermore for allowing me to read an ARC copy before the book came out 😁 This is so good I read it twice.

Excellent You always leave me wanting more. You write stories so real that the reader becomes part of it. I waited anxiously for the Raven Queen, now I know that there will be more adventures.
